6. After the materials are ready, go directly to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for handling.

Six documents required for the legal operation of the hotel: hygiene license, business license, tax registration certificate, special trade license, fire inspection qualified opinion, food circulation license or catering service license.

Legal basis: Article 33 of the Regulations on the Administration of Ethnic Hostels in People's Republic of China (PRC).

To provide business accommodation services in residential areas, the following conditions shall be met at the same time:

(a) with the consent of the owners whose exclusive parts account for more than half of the total residential building area and more than half of the total number of people;

(2) Where the owner changes his domicile to business premises, he shall obtain the consent of the interested owner;

Legal basis: Article 17 of the Regulations on the Administration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households

The business license of individual industrial and commercial households is a legal certificate issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce authorized by the state. Except that the administrative department for industry and commerce may withhold or revoke it according to legal procedures, no unit or individual may withhold or revoke it.
