Responsibilities of the hotel operation manager: \x1d\1. Responsible for the daily management of the hotel; \x1d\2. Organize the formulation of annual business objectives, annual business plans and annual budgets, and implement business management plans and schemes to ensure the realization of business objectives; \x1d\3. Organize the formulation of the hotel organization, staffing and job responsibilities according to the business objectives; \x1d\4. Establish and improve various hotel management systems; \x1d\5. Responsible for hotel safety management. \x1d\ Qualifications: \x1d\1, bachelor degree or above; \x1d\2. Good strategic planning, overall analysis ability, good communication, coordination, management and team building ability, and strong enterprising spirit; \x1d\3. Be familiar with the operation and management of star-rated hotels and the daily operation standards and service specifications of hotels; \x1d\4. Experience in hotel operation and management, with more than two types of hotel management experience preferred (star hotel, resort hotel, training base type); \x1d\5. Have experience in pre-preparation and post-operation management of star-rated hotel projects.
