1. Enter the URL of Baidu map "ditu.baidu.com" in the address bar of the opened ie window, and then press the "Enter" key on the keyboard to open the URL. Of course, if your home page is Baidu map, you can ignore this step.

2. Open the Baidu map of your city by default. However, if it is not the city displayed in the query, you can click the "Address drop-down button in the upper left corner of the map" and click or enter the city you are looking for in the pop-up drop-down menu.

3. On the left side of the page map, you can see the classification of life information. You can click on one of the life categories you need to query. Take catering as an example here, and click the "Catering" icon.

4. Click the "drop-down menu of classification options" in the red box, as shown. Select a specific category. By default, all categories are displayed.

5. For example, if you need to search, just click "Hot Pot" under "All Restaurants".

7. View all hot pot information under the category you selected. Click "A Hot Pot" and the "Specific Merchant Information" of the hot pot restaurant will appear on the right. You can zoom in, zoom out or move the map to view it.
