3. Handling procedures
1. Low-income families with housing difficulties or single residents submit written applications to the people's government of the town where their household registration is located, and new.
2. if the audited town people's government (street office) meets the requirements, the applicant's relevant information will be entered into the municipal housing security network, and publicized at the applicant's household registration location, residence and work unit for a period of 7 days.

5.
