One of them is very lazy, hardly does any work, and only asks the manager and employees on duty to do it. He always scolds you, which sounds really ugly, and all he does is to hand in his homework to the leader; Those who seldom go to the restaurant to work, even if they go back to the restaurant, they will take a look and leave after handling the administrative work!

The other one is very diligent, and his ability is not to be honest. He is the first and only job after graduation. He is relatively rigid, and he only knows what is in BK, such as diffuse thinking, and there is hardly any. Following this boss, I believe it will not bring you a great vision.

If you don't do it well or you don't do it according to her requirements, as soon as you return to the restaurant, you will grasp your details: cleanliness, dead corner hygiene, speed, and reserve. You will never think about the "turnover", but will only hold on to this acre of land and not do it according to her requirements, so you should clean it up before you go off work.

It's mainly about scheduling. An employee works 6-7 hours a day on average. At the end of the month, the maximum working hours can't be exceeded, and the restaurant is particularly short of staff. He can only come to work at 9: 11 p.m. and go home after finishing his lunch. If he works for less than 4 hours a day, he can lose the meal fare. And there is no reimbursement for going home to take a taxi after the sample is finished.

The salary of the management team is a monthly salary, which is really not high. Many systems are copied from Laomai. Some colleagues who skipped over said that Laomai's system is very powerful. Even if a novice looks at the system for two hours, the trainer can train you directly, because French fries and chicken nuggets have standard frying time, so you don't need to use your brain, just need to be skilled enough.

The management team always has to work overtime. They go to work at 7 o'clock in the morning and get off work at 4 o'clock. At the end of the day, there are really many things. Besides the report, if there is some extra work, you have to finish it before you leave. Your RGM will always arrange some work for you to do after work, and basically it will last until 6 or 7 o'clock in the evening. It's really tiring.

Every day, I am also responsible for the comments of public comments and the survey of customer satisfaction. These surveys are made by numbers. I am very satisfied with sending these receipts to my friends and relatives to help me fill them out. Public comments mean posting pictures on them every day to write favorable comments, and a mobile phone can only be made once a week.

If it's a night shift, there will be more things. The manager on duty is mainly responsible for the number of sets and the report. The report is relatively simple, mainly to check that there is no difference in the number of good goods before leaving work. If it's slow, it's necessary to get two or three o'clock and wait for employees.

After closing time, employees have to remove all the equipment in the restaurant for cleaning, and there are a lot of things to be washed. Moreover, those oil stains can only be cleaned by detergent at least eight times per 11 times. The most troublesome thing is the oven, which takes a lot of time to disassemble and assemble a dozen or twenty parts.

Usually, some things are soaked in advance when closing time, and some of them are cleaned in advance. If they are not cleaned before closing time, they can't finish these tasks.

My feeling is that you will be separated from two people to use. The most bitter and tiring work is done by the bottom employees, while the superstructure just wants to do a bunch of work that it thinks there is no problem in the process, and it is meaningless and even a waste of time, all for the sake of making a job and showing it to the leaders.

most of them are people who promote their own people, bring them out by themselves and are loyal to themselves. For example, if the position of RGM is vacant, it will generally be promoted from the current deputy of the store. Unless it is really short of people, it can only be hired back. It's easy for employees to be promoted to the management group. As long as there is no problem with your interpersonal communication and skill proficiency, this will be very fast.

If you just come in, you have to study slowly, and it will take two or three years to get a chance. At present, in the development period, there is a great need for manpower. Some RGMs are still hired from outside, because they do not belong to very mature large enterprises. Like Lao Mai, they only use the system to screen talents. The so-called survival of the fittest, adaptation to stay.

When it comes to learning, the training system here is actually not perfect and really poor. Personnel training also needs to be updated and maintained. A new trainee manager really needs to take the initiative to ask and learn. If others are not optimistic about you, they will kick you away like a ball.

Some people are very suitable for this line of work, especially after working for a long time, you can only really do this line of work, and some people may just not be suitable for living in this cultural system.
