Let Students Move in Network Teaching —— A Case Study of Network Teaching

Case: During the COVID-19 epidemic in 2122, most schools launched online teaching activities. Some teachers were not good at communicating with students, but only talked. Students were not interested in learning and did not achieve good results.

I analyze this situation like this:

First of all, teachers' teaching lacks interactivity. The new curriculum standard proposes to establish an equal, democratic and harmonious relationship between teachers and students in the classroom. Students are the masters of the classroom, and teachers are the organizers, guides and helpers of the curriculum teaching. There is only the teacher's talk, but not the students' learning, which is completely out of the teaching goal of taking students as the main body. Without good interaction between teachers and students, there can be no good teaching effect.

Secondly, students' dominant position is not reflected. Students are the masters of the classroom, which is completely ignored here. If students don't participate in classroom learning, they will lose their interest and motivation in learning, so they don't meet the psychological needs of students' learning and can't produce good learning results.

under the epidemic situation, online classes are carried out, and we have to face difficulties. In this brand-new teaching mode, the teacher is at this end and the students are at that end, just like the sentence: You live at the head of the Yangtze River, I live at the end of the Yangtze River, I miss you every day, and I drink the Yangtze River water.

Even so, as teachers, we should not forget that teacher-student interaction is the process of classroom teaching. Hands-on practice, independent exploration and cooperative communication are the learning methods strongly advocated in classroom teaching; Interaction, discussion, dialogue, communication, communication and performance are the basic forms of classroom teaching. In online teaching, we can't ignore the interaction between teachers and students, but actively incorporate it into our own teaching process, thus improving classroom efficiency.

I have used the following methods to interact with students in online teaching, so as to increase students' opportunities to participate in online teaching and improve their interest in learning.

1. Chat before class. Before the official start of online teaching activities, teachers enter the live classroom in advance, chat and interact with students, ask students about their recent life, study status, and interesting things at home, etc., so as to understand the recent status of students and at the same time narrow the distance with students and help students enter the classroom situation more quickly. For example, when teachers use the live broadcast platform, they can go online in advance and turn on the camera actively, which can make students feel the situation of offline teaching.

2. Classroom question bank. Teachers make a simple question bank for the knowledge points of this class in advance, focusing on multiple-choice questions and true-false questions, and distribute the question bank to the whole class according to the teaching progress, requiring students to give answers in the interactive area, which not only helps to promote the interaction between teachers and students in classroom teaching, but also helps to keep abreast of students' knowledge, consolidate the knowledge points they have learned and improve their learning effect.

3. Live question and answer. Teachers design classroom question-and-answer questions according to the teaching progress and teaching content, and ask students to take the initiative to speak or invite them at random, which can not only urge students to keep their learning attention, but also effectively promote the interaction between teachers and students, and help teachers keep abreast of students' learning status and knowledge points. At present, most online education platforms have functions such as roll call and continuous learning. Teachers can often use these functions, which can not only enhance classroom interaction, but also enable students to learn offline. This is what I did when I was teaching the third-grade Chinese online class "Try Your Skills for the First Time": Before class, I arranged the students to prepare materials, and each of them prepared a finger painting to encourage students to boldly conceive, use their imagination, name their finger paintings and make up stories.

In class, turn on the nail live broadcast function, and ask the students to connect with me. After I agree, switch the students' window to a big screen, so as to give students a full space to show their self-style. When students show their finger paintings, their performances are wonderful: some students tell everyone their creative ideas, and some students explain their painting methods in detail; Some students vividly describe the story; Some students introduced pictures gracefully ...

Through the live classroom, students not only gained exquisite works, but also exercised their language expression ability.

Online teaching has given me different teaching experiences and gained a lot of feelings. Lively children are more expressive, and introverted children will type to tell me "Thank you, teacher" and "Thank you for your hard work". We should constantly update our ideas, try our best to teach in the way students like, stimulate students' interest in learning to the greatest extent, and combine fun with science. Network teaching mode is a powerful supplement to our current education form, and we should make full use of it to provide effective services for our education and teaching work. Whether online teaching or offline teaching, it is necessary to create a class's * * * learning goal, with the completion of * * * learning tasks as the carrier, so that students can learn, communicate and share with each other in the learning process, with the goal of promoting the * * * growth of all members.
