1. Submit relevant evidence and application form to the sealing department to apply for seal unsealing.

2. If the sealing department agrees to unseal the seal, it shall make a notice to assist in unsealing the seal within three days, and send it to the relevant department to assist in sealing for an understanding seal.

3. When unsealing, notify the owner or user to be present. If the party concerned fails to show up after being notified and fails to entrust others to show up, the case-handling personnel will unseal it under the witness.
