Requirements for resumption of work under the epidemic:

1. Municipalities and districts should press forward with the main responsibility for the prevention and control of the epidemic and production safety in enterprises, and strengthen the categorization and guidance to ensure the safe resumption of work; and after resumption of work, they should further strengthen the responsibility for strict implementation of the preventive and control measures, and strengthen the safety of production.

2. Municipalities and districts should be strictly in accordance with the process of resumption of work for the record, the implementation of the inspection and verification procedures, to meet the prevention and control requirements resolutely shall not be resumed, not for the record, to guide the enterprise in an orderly and safe resumption of work.

3. For the unauthorized early resumption of work without filing the enterprise, or not in accordance with the requirements of the main responsibility for the implementation of the epidemic prevention of the enterprise, will be dealt with in accordance with the law and regulations, to pursue the relevant responsibility, and into the enterprise credit system.
