In accordance with the requirements of the state, the autonomous region and Baotou City on the resumption of work and production, and in order to ensure the normal travel of the vast number of urban and rural residents and employees of government agencies, enterprises and institutions, with the consent of the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, it is decided to restore the operation services of all urban bus lines in our city in an orderly manner from 6: 00 on March 1 day, 2020. The relevant requirements are as follows:

(a) to ensure the technical condition of the vehicle. Do a good job in the inspection and maintenance of public transport vehicles, ensure sufficient transport capacity, give priority to public transport vehicles with good safety and technical conditions, and prevent public transport vehicles from being put into operation with diseases.

(2) Strengthen personnel training. Strengthen the training of disinfection, ventilation and other operating procedures and epidemic prevention and control measures for drivers, security officers and other staff, and improve the ability of frontline employees to prevent and control the epidemic and deal with emergencies.

(3) Do a good job in disinfection of public transport. Before each passenger gets on the bus, clean and disinfect the carriage. Strictly implement the Technical Guide for Disinfection Operation of Public Transport (Pneumonia Mechanism [2020]13), and do a good job in disinfection of public transport with reference to the Guide for Hygienic Protection of Passenger Stations and Vehicles.

(4) Keep the compartment ventilated. When the natural temperature, driving speed and other conditions permit, try to turn off the air conditioner in the car and open the window for ventilation. If an air conditioning system is used, the frequency of cleaning and disinfection should be increased.

(5) Reasonable arrangement of transportation capacity. According to the passenger flow situation, organize the transportation capacity reasonably, strictly control the attendance rate of public transport vehicles, reduce the congestion of carriages and disperse passengers as much as possible.

(six) the implementation of personnel protection measures. Passengers should keep quiet and reduce communication. Drivers, security personnel and passengers must wear masks and do personal protection.

(seven) do a good job of passenger information registration. Make full use of the "urban passenger scanning code registration information system" and other means to implement real-name registration.

(eight) in the carriage through radio, video, posters and other publicity methods to carry out health protection knowledge. (nine) during the epidemic prevention and control period, the city bus will suspend the preferential policies of free rides for the elderly love cards and disabled documents, and will resume immediately after the epidemic ends.
