The heating of beverage will accelerate the change of its nutritional components, thus shortening the shelf life of food. The temperature of the hot drink cabinet is generally controlled at about 50 degrees Celsius. In order to ensure food safety, put up to three bottles of the same drink in the cupboard, and the drinks in the cupboard will be cleaned regularly.
The shelf life of the heated beverage will be greatly shortened, generally from 10 to 15 days. Drinks entering the warm cabinet need to have a thermal test report, indicating its heating operability and continuous heating time control period.
