Ingredients: half an old duck, dried cordyceps sinensis 15g, a large piece of tender ginger, a handful of coix seed, two red dates and cooking wine.
Exercise:
1. Now kill half an old duck, chop it up, put it in a cold water pot, fire it, wait until the water boils, and then take it out-put the duck in cold water and heat it, which will make it easier to completely remove blood stains;
2. Take out the duck, wash it with clear water, and drain it for later use;
3. Wash Cordyceps sinensis slightly with water and add water to boil (don't pour out the soaked water, put it in a pot and stew it together later);
4. Put 2 and 3 into the pot, then add sliced tender ginger and washed coix seed;
5. Add cooking wine;
6. Add water until all materials overflow;

8. When stewing for about 40 minutes, add two red dates and continue stewing for about 1 hour;
9. Add salt after stewing-never add chicken essence or monosodium glutamate to destroy the original taste.
