1. The progress of demolition of single high-rise buildings in Zhumadian Demonstration Zone is from 2118 to 2121. It is planned to use three years to complete 153 renovation projects (66 urban village renovation projects and 87 shantytown renovation projects).

2. There are 66 reconstruction projects of villages in the city, covering an area of 16,297.3 mu, with a housing area of 11.53 million square meters, involving 31,175 households and 144,131 people. It is planned to build resettlement houses with an area of 6.513 million square meters and a planned investment of 21.25 billion yuan.
