Zijin Insurance has many insurance policies every year, but there are no problems in general insurance policies. Everyone will definitely have nothing to say online, but once something goes wrong, they will be very angry and go online to scold and criticize everywhere. This is a normal psychology. But this is definitely unfair to enterprises. According to my personal insurance experience, I used to use Pacific Insurance, but after a car insurance dispute, I changed to Zijin Insurance. I did an online survey before, and now there is no problem. The attitude when asking customer service is still very good. This enterprise is still very trustworthy. If there is any dispute, it must be solved through good communication between the two sides, not any.
I am just an ordinary rational consumer, not a good word for Zijin Company. Imagine if you start your own insurance company, you won't just say compensation, don't ask for reasons, don't ask for evidence. If I ask the insurance company to pay, I will definitely give the evidence to the insurance company, analyze it according to the contract and let them accept it.
