China Minxi Trading City started from the establishment of Longyan Central City Market Preparation Office in June 1999+00, and it took less than two years from project establishment, planning and design, fund raising, land acquisition and demolition to development and construction, and completion and delivery. The planned land area is 993.2 mu, and the planned total investment is 654.38+0 billion yuan. The first phase of development is 505.7 mu, with an investment of 600 million yuan and a construction area of 460,000 square meters. On September 28th, 2006, 2976 independent storefronts, 80,000-square-meter comprehensive shopping malls, 232 sets of supporting houses and 20,000-square-meter factor market and service center building were completed and opened for business.
