In accordance with the provisions of the farmers' market, standardized vegetable farms are not in accordance with the standard configuration of wet garbage in situ treatment facilities, by the market supervision department ordered to make corrections within a certain period of time; overdue corrections, the penalty shall be a fine of more than 5,000 yuan to less than 50,000 yuan. Violation of the provisions of Article 22(2) of the Regulations, catering service providers or catering distribution service providers to provide consumers with disposable chopsticks, spoons and other tableware on their own initiative, the market supervision department shall order rectification within a certain period of time; failing to do so, a fine of 500 yuan to 5,000 yuan or less shall be imposed. Violation of the provisions of the third paragraph of Article 22 of these Regulations, hotel business units to provide consumers with disposable daily necessities in guest rooms on their own initiative, by the cultural and tourism sector ordered to make corrections; if not corrected within a certain period of time, impose a fine of five hundred yuan or more than five thousand yuan or less.

Units in violation of these Regulations, not put the domestic garbage to the appropriate collection containers, by the urban law enforcement departments ordered immediate correction; refused to make corrections, a fine of five thousand yuan to fifty thousand yuan. Individuals in violation of the provisions of Article 24 of the Ordinance, harmful waste and recyclables, wet garbage, dry garbage, or wet garbage mixed with recyclables, dry garbage, by the urban management and law enforcement departments shall order immediate correction; refusal to make corrections, impose a fine of more than 50 yuan to less than two hundred yuan.
