Bank of Central Plains is a commercial bank approved by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) and was established in 2014, with legal personality and independent operating authority. Bank of Central Plains is a provincial-level legalized bank in Henan Province, with its branch network covering the entire province.In 2017, Bank of Central Plains was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, further strengthening its capital strength and market position. Bank of Central Plains has also gone through the approval of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) and completed the absorption and merger with Bank of Luoyang, Bank of Pingdingshan and Jiaozuo Zhongtou Bank, which further enhanced its scale and service capacity.
