Baked rice with American bacon and cheese
Materials:
2 bowls of rice, 1/4 onions, 100g bacon, a little garlic, 20g green beans, 150CC whipped cream, 20g mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons olive oil, a little salt, a little pepper and 30g Parmesan cheese powder.
Exercise:
1.) Cut onion and bacon into small cubes for later use.
2.) Heat olive oil in the pan, add garlic and diced onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add diced bacon and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add whipped cream and green beans.
3.) Add salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese powder to taste, stir-fry until soft, add rice and mix well.
4.) Put the mixed rice in a baking tray, spread mozzarella cheese, and put it in an oven preheated to 180℃ for about 10 minute.
