1. During the epidemic, operators who fail to stop business according to the epidemic prevention and control requirements and illegally organize meals in restaurants will generally be given administrative punishment according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment.

2. If the circumstances are serious and suspected of committing a crime, the judicial organ shall investigate the criminal responsibility according to the provisions of Article 145th of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
