At present, the epidemic situation is severe and complicated, and many clustered epidemics involving public service workers have been reported in China and the province. In order to implement the requirements of "four early days", further improve the sensitivity of epidemic monitoring and early warning, and ensure people's life safety and health, the notice on further strengthening the nucleic acid detection of front-line staff in specific service places and "exposed" service industries for the public in the near future is as follows.

1. Inspection object and frequency

7 days and 3 inspections

1. Employees in closed and semi-closed places such as entertainment places, indoor swimming pools, gymnasiums, Internet cafes, billiards halls, chess and cards rooms, mahjong halls, secret room escape, script killing, foot bath shops, bath centers, leisure massage, indoor attractions, beauty salons, etc.

2. frontline staff such as travel agencies and tour guides.

7 days and 2 inspections

1. Employees in banking, insurance, securities and other financial services industries.

2. Employees in residents' living security industries such as water supply, power supply, gas and cable TV.

3. Employees in communication security industries such as China Mobile, China Unicom, Telecom and Tower Company.

4. Front-line staff of government service centers, real estate registration and trading centers, taxation, municipal services and other window units that directly serve the public.

5. Staff in cultural and sports venues such as cinemas, theaters, museums, cultural centers, art galleries, libraries, exhibition halls, science and technology museums, gymnasiums, stadiums, skating rinks, shooting ranges, leisure sports and exhibitions.

6. frontline staff such as scenic spots and parks.

7. Employees of various intermediary service agencies such as real estate agency, sales office, housekeeping, talent market, employment agency, matchmaking service and business agency.

8. Sanitation workers, property management, security, cleaning and other employees in various residential quarters, commercial complexes and office buildings.

9. Employees in clothing wholesale, daily necessities wholesale, tea wholesale, automobile 4S shops, mobile phone sales and other wholesale trade services and special agent service industries.

II. Testing time

It is tentatively scheduled from the date of publication of this notice to the end of February 2123.

III. Other requirements

1. All kinds of public * * * service places should urge people to wear masks regularly, so as to achieve "five enhancements and one promotion", that is, to strengthen temperature scanning at the entrance, to strengthen customer flow control, to strengthen site cleaning, ventilation and disinfection, to strengthen staff health management and knowledge training on prevention and control, to strengthen full coverage of employees and to promote cashless payment.

2. Scenic spots, cultural, sports and leisure venues, etc. should strictly implement the requirements of "quota, reservation and peak shifting", and the number of tourists received should not exceed 75% of the maximum carrying capacity, and the gathering indoor performance activities should be suspended; The reception number of cinemas, theaters, restaurants and other places shall not exceed 75% of the daily capacity.

3. The competent departments of all localities and industries should strengthen regular supervision and inspection to ensure that the prevention and control measures for normalized epidemic situation in all kinds of public service places are put in place, and the nucleic acid detection of key personnel is "not leaking".

4. Some of the above-mentioned relevant places will continue to suspend business according to the Notice on Dynamically Adjusting the Prevention and Control Measures of Social Epidemic Situation issued by Shantou COVID-19 Prevention and Control Command Office on October 5, and the business resumption time will be notified separately depending on the development situation of the epidemic situation.
