Do not purchase food raw materials and foods that are spoiled, moldy, unclean, toxic and harmful, of unknown origin, and have not been quarantined. Strictly abide by the operating rules of food production and processing, cook food thoroughly, and use food additives in strict accordance with national standards. Make cold meat and cold dishes with special personnel, rooms, tools, disinfection and refrigeration; Strictly disinfect tableware to ensure the disinfection effect of light, clean, astringent and dry, and never provide customers with unsterilized tableware. Strengthen the awareness that the owners (legal representatives) of catering service units are the first responsible persons for food safety, and implement various food safety management systems for catering services. If the food provided harms the rights and interests of consumers, they will voluntarily accept the treatment according to the provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and China and other laws and regulations.
