Ten, the survey experience
Through this questionnaire and survey analysis, we think the school cafeteria is okay, but there are still problems with hygiene, food, food prices, attitude, order, etc. In response to these problems, we give the following points of advice:
1, the cafeteria staff should strictly abide by the hygiene standards. Further improve the hygiene and quality of canteen meals. No disposable gloves or do not wash their hands during the meal do not have access to the meal, during the meal is prohibited to scratch the hair and other behaviors.
2, for the cafeteria food recommendations are as follows:
First, the cafeteria selection of materials to be good, no spoiled food, do not use poor quality seasoning.
Second, try to keep the price of food stable, so as to benefit students. Every day, the market price of raw materials and the price of food published on the wall, so that students can compare. The food can be divided into high school and low three grades, to ensure that the supply of low-priced dishes, so that students have more room to choose.
Third, rice and vegetables must be clean. Keep the dining environment neat and clean, maintain a high quality service attitude, and thoroughly clean the health dead ends.
Fourth, enrich the variety of dishes, and try to let students with different tastes have different choices.
Fifth, meal insulation and food safety: the weather began to get cooler, we must do a good job of meal insulation, to ensure that later students also eat hot rice. Do not sell overnight meals, and do a good job of disinfecting dishes to prevent flies.
Sixth, strengthen the staff service attitude training.
3, college students should improve their own cultivation, develop good health habits
College students should develop the habit of consciously queuing, which not only reflects the quality of a college student, but also a basic social etiquette. It is recommended that the Department of Rights and interests of additional manpower in the cafeteria to supervise and prompt a week or two of students queuing up to eat, the school cafeteria can also be pasted "please consciously queuing up" and other words, so that the order of the cafeteria to eat can be improved.
4, the school to strengthen the supervision
It is recommended that the school to the canteen on a regular basis or irregular inspection, random checks, the establishment of a complaint mailbox, pay close attention to the canteen hygiene, the quality of food.
5, cultivate students' good eating habits, improve the quality of students' diet
Many students have not eat breakfast or diet to lose weight, in order for students to have a healthier body, the school should strengthen the publicity of healthy eating, improve the quality of students' diet.
