Ppt design ideas?
PPT is gradually developing from subordinate nature to professional nature and becoming an independent industry. And more and more work began to attach great importance to the importance of PPT demonstration.

Today, Zhonghui Design shares the general design idea of PPT.

I. Analysis objectives

Audience (for whom)

Environment (medium conference room? Large training room? )

Duration (5 minutes? Twenty minutes? 1 hour? 1 day? )

Goal (in order to achieve what final effect? )

1. "Audience", the recipient of the content. It may be a person or a group of stakeholders. Before doing PPT, you need to know their background and expectations.

2. Environment, where the results are finally displayed. For example, mass mailing, conference room discussion, exhibition hall demonstration, and even large roadshows. You need to design font sizes and materials according to different scenes. The bigger the scene, the bigger the font and the more atmospheric the background.

3. The length of time and the time required for demonstration determine how many pages this PPT should be made. It may be a simple 10 minute introduction. In this case, a PPT is probably prepared with 10 page. If the leader plans a 2-hour seminar, at least 50 pages of details should be prepared.

Goal, the core purpose of this speech, must not deviate from the theme. Is this a training demonstration? General work report? Or corporate publicity? For this goal, in addition to echoing the beginning and making a highly concentrated summary, it also needs to be integrated into the whole PPT design idea.

Second, collect materials.

Story background

document

e-mail

minutes of the meeting

Leadership concern

A good PPT is like telling an easy-to-understand story to the other party, which can be explained in simple terms, and finally achieve the purpose of making the other party recognize and produce * * *. Therefore, the premise is to understand the background of the story.

To this end, you should collect all relevant documents, emails, meeting minutes, combine the concerns of the other party, study them carefully, and finally produce a multi-dimensional architectural thinking in your mind.

Third, clear the framework.

Extraction point (5W2H)

Sketch (analyze logical relations)

Directory structure arrangement (syllogism)

Cover selection (company internal template? Custom template? )

Table of Contents Page (Transition Page)

1. "Extract the main points": We have collected enough materials. At this stage, we need to extract some important information from the material, and we can use the method of 5W2H. When you are very clear about each value, the main points of this story have been extracted.

2. Draw a sketch (analyze the logical relationship): Whether the exam is good or not can often be seen from the draft paper. You can make a draft on draft paper, or you can use popular hand-drawn and mind-mapping.

In the process of drafting, we need to pay attention to the logical relationship between various points, such as time structure? Spatial structure? Or conceptual structure? Then according to the structural characteristics, the main points are in place and the sketch is drawn successfully.

3. Finally, enter the conversion stage: including the selection of templates and the arrangement of directory structure.

With regard to templates, the following is a course of my personal use of templates, from having no concept, to using templates enthusiastically, to observing life and improving aesthetics, and then to being able to make templates by myself. In the final analysis, it is repeated practice and observation.

Regarding the directory structure, if it is used by enterprises, I personally prefer simple European and American styles, such as the following:

Fourth, visual presentation.

Continue to use the template/master to unify the style.

Conclusion generalization (comparison, multi-dimension, trend)

Visual transformation (table, chart, animation)

The road to Jane (the law of kissing)

SmartArt

Auxiliary materials and tools

For those stated facts or achievements, we need to make some further multi-dimensional comparisons to improve the conclusion. If the task is 100, but the conclusion can be improved to achieve better visual effects, you can get 120.

Hearing is empty, seeing is believing;

Words are not as good as words, words are not as good as tables, tables are not as good as pictures, and static is not as good as dynamic;

Seeing is believing, and there are thousands of words.

In today's era of big data, with the increasing amount of information, we often get lost in the data. Visualization, as an effective means to solve this problem, makes numbers and words easy to understand through visualization.
