The application procedures for business start-up subsidies for small and micro enterprises are as follows:

According to the regulations, eligible small and micro enterprises can apply for one-time business start-up subsidies and one-time business post development subsidies, and they can apply for subsidies to the public employment service agencies at the same level in the place where the Business License is registered as required from the next month after one year of normal operation.

The following materials are required when applying:

1. One-time start-up subsidy for small and micro enterprises. The originals and photocopies of the following materials are required and stamped with the official seal of the enterprise:

(1) Business License (copy) and Tax Registration Certificate (copy) of the enterprise;

(2) corporate identity card;

(3) Detailed account of social insurance premium paid by enterprise legal person (single) (12 months);

(4) corporate financial statements;

(5) basic deposit account opened by the bank;

(6) salary payment form (provided by enterprises with hiring personnel);

(7) Application Form for One-time Entrepreneurship Subsidy for Small and Micro Enterprises.

2. For the one-time entrepreneurship post development subsidy for small and micro enterprises, the original and photocopy of the following materials shall be provided, and the official seal of the enterprise shall be affixed:

(1) Business License (copy) and Tax Registration Certificate (copy) of the enterprise;

(2) enterprise financial statements;

(3) basic deposit account opened by the bank;

(4) list of personnel to be employed and their ID cards, Employment and Entrepreneurship Certificate or Graduation Certificate and Labor Contract;

(5) salary payment table;

(6) Detailed account of social insurance premiums paid for employees (single) (continuous payment for more than 4 months);

(7) Application Form for One-time Development Subsidies for Small and Micro Enterprises and Roster for One-time Development Subsidies for Small and Micro Enterprises.
