According to the Technical Specification for Environmental Protection of Catering Industry, it is required that the horizontal distance between catering industry units and the surrounding environmentally sensitive targets should be no less than 9 meters.

At present, the distance between catering industry and harmful pollution sources is not clearly defined. However, in the construction, a sanitary protection distance is set for each harmful pollution source as a distance requirement from residential areas.
