What is baking paint?

Paint classification:

Baking varnish can be divided into two types, one is low-temperature baking varnish with curing temperature of 140- 180, and the other is high-temperature baking varnish with curing temperature of 280-400.

High temperature paint:

High-temperature paint, also known as Teflon, is called Polytetrafluoroetylene in English, which is short for Teflon, PTFE and F4. Teflon high-performance special coating is a fluorine coating with PTFE as matrix resin, and its English name is Teflon. Because of pronunciation, it is usually called Teflon, PTFE, PTFE, PTFE and so on. PTFE coating is a unique high-performance coating, which combines heat resistance, chemical inertness, excellent insulation stability and low friction, and has incomparable comprehensive advantages over other coatings. The flexibility of its application makes it suitable for almost all shapes and sizes of products.

Process flow:

Baking paint: Primer and topcoat are coated on the substrate three times, and each time they are sent to a dust-free constant temperature curing barn for drying.

What is baking paint?

Baking paint can be divided into liquid and powder, liquid is paint and powder is powder. Spray with a spray gun and bake.

What is paint and where is it used?

Paint commonly used in decoration

1, oil stain cleaning: mainly used for priming before painting.

2. Original paint: also known as lead oil, which is made by mixing and grinding pigments and drying oil, and is mostly used to adjust putty.

3. ready mixed paint, also known as ready mixed paint, can be divided into grease paint and natural resin paint.

4. varnish: also known as powder water, it can be divided into oily varnish and resin varnish. The varieties are ester varnish, phenolic varnish, alkyd varnish, nitrocyanine 5, raw lacquer and shellac varnish. Good gloss, fast film forming speed and wide application.

6. Enamel: It is made by grinding varnish and pigment. Commonly used are phenolic enamel and alkyd enamel.

7. Rust-proof paint: There are two kinds of antirust paint: oily antirust paint and resin antirust paint. .

8. Latex paint: The paint film has certain air permeability and alkali resistance. After drying, the paint film does not blister, change color and stick, and is mostly used for interior wall finishing. Non-toxic to human body and no pollution to environment. What is the main composition of paint?

The main components of the coating include the following five parts:

(1) oil: including drying oil and semi-drying oil, it is one of the main film-forming substances.

(2) Resin: including natural resin and artificial resin, which is also a part of main film-forming substances.

(3) Pigments: including colored pigments, physique pigments and antirust pigments, there are quite a few specific varieties, which are secondary film-forming substances.

(4) Diluent: including solvent and diluent, which is used to dissolve the above substances and adjust the consistency, and is an auxiliary film-forming substance.

(5) Accessories: including drier, curing agent, plasticizer and moistureproof agent. It also belongs to auxiliary film-forming substances.

Composition of decorative coating:

The main film-forming substances: also known as adhesives and fixatives, are the basis of coatings.

Secondary film-forming substance: it is also an integral part of the coating film, but it cannot be separated from the main film-forming substance to form the coating film alone.

Auxiliary film-forming substances: including solvents and auxiliary materials. The former is gasoline, tobacco oil, rosin water, benzene, ethyl acetate, acetone, etc. The latter such as curing agent, emulsifier, tackifier, drier, wetting agent, dispersant, defoamer, initiator, catalyst, stabilizer, antioxidant, antifreeze, etc.

1. Paint category:

Coatings are divided into PE, PU, UV and NC according to reaction and process.

(1).PU is the most commonly used paint, which is generally divided into furniture paint and acrylic paint. When many of us say unpainted furniture, we mean furniture paint. Because this kind of coating is self-drying, the cost of this kind of coating is also relatively cheap. Acrylic paint was first used as the appearance cover of cars and motorcycles, and now the top coat made of good furniture is also done in this way, that is, baking paint. It can reach the hardness of baking paint. Strong working ability, small settlement, strong acid resistance and good yellowing resistance. The method of this coating is coating+curing agent+diluent. Now authentic paint and car paint refer to this kind.

(2) Compared with PU, PE has different reflectivity, which is composed of coating+initiator, accelerator+diluent. This coating has stronger hardness, more than 3 hours, better brightness and texture, and excellent yellowing resistance. Of course, the cost of this coating is also very high. Generally refers to the gold diamond and diamond paint. In addition, PE class also has a reflective film paint, which is cheap and poorly paid.

(3)UV paint: This paint is neither baking paint nor self-drying paint, but light-curing paint. Ultraviolet radiation can be cured instantly. UV paint only refers to the surface layer, and the interior is PU furniture paint (light can't pass). The cost of this kind of paint is similar to that of acrylic paint, because it is furniture paint, which is instantly solidified, non-volatile and saves materials. However, this kind of coating has many processes. For example, the hardness can reach 3H, and the brightness is not good. However, UV paint also has disadvantages: 1. The periphery of UV paint can't be painted, only the edge can be sealed. The wrench used for painting is not a damp-proof board, but a density board. If the sealing edge is slightly bad, it will deform and expand. 2. Because the inside is PU paint and the outside is UV paint, the contribution of two different paints is not very good.

(4)NC, this kind of paint is basically not used now, so I won't introduce it much. There is matte paint, matt, but it has the strongest scratch resistance.

The so-called U v paint means that its paint surface technology adopts photocurable paint and Pu paint adopts polyurethane paint. The main difference between U v paint and Pu paint is the difference in technology, and some photocurable paints also contain polyurethane paint. U v paint adopts light curing process, which is pollution-free when painting and more environmentally friendly than Pu paint. Judging from the factory floor processing technology, it is good for workers' health and environmental protection. From the production point of view, it ......

What is body painting?

Sheet metal painting is to process and paint metal plates such as steel plates, aluminum plates and copper plates. Baking paint is to brush the base material with primer for three times and topcoat for four times, and each brush is sent to a dust-free constant temperature curing barn for baking.

Up to now, there is no complete definition of sheet metal. According to a definition in foreign professional journals, it can be defined as: Sheet metal storage is a comprehensive cold working process for sheet metal (usually less than 6mm), including shearing, punching/cutting/compounding, folding, riveting, splicing and forming (such as automobile body). Its remarkable feature is that the thickness of the same part is consistent.

What is the paint material?

Baking paint is a new coating method (process) in furniture manufacturing.

The method is: spray several layers of paint on the substrate (usually high-density board) polished to a certain roughness. And baked at high temperature for curing. At present, this process requires high paint quality and good color rendering.

Baking varnish can be divided into two types, one is low-temperature baking varnish with curing temperature of140 C-180 C, and the other is high-temperature baking varnish with curing temperature of 280 C-400 C. The English name of high-temperature baking varnish is PTFE, or Teflon, PTFE, F4, etc. PTFE high-performance special coating is a fluorine coating with PTFE as matrix resin. Its English name is Teflon. Because of pronunciation, it is usually called Teflon, PTFE, PTFE and so on.

What is baking paint?

In a production process, the surface of the piano is bright, basically painted.

What's the difference between piano paint and ordinary paint?

"Piano paint" actually has a double meaning. The first layer refers to the coating itself, that is, the unsaturated polyester PE high-gloss coating itself; The second layer refers to the piano painting process. In other words, the so-called piano paint includes two aspects: material and technology, rather than pure material. Let's continue to understand the meaning of "piano paint". 1. paint, as a piano paint, is a kind of PE paint in polyester paint. Strictly speaking, it should be unsaturated polyester PE piano paint, which is a high-gloss unsaturated polyester paint. The reason for this requirement is that all kinds of common paints, such as polyurethane PU paint, nitro NC paint, light-cured UV paint, etc., all have high-gloss mirror paint, but the principle of high light-curing is different. Some of these paints are not easily separated from piano paints in appearance. Here, the author summarizes that the characteristics of piano paint are that the paint surface is very bright, easy to scrub, not easy to paint off, not easy to oxidize, and not yellow after long-term use. The disadvantage is that it is easy to get fingerprints and scratches when rubbing against hard objects. General sellers or unsuspecting media, as long as they see shiny paint, shout "piano paint". As mentioned above, there is more than one kind of paint with high gloss effect. So we must continue to confirm. Second, the process is the key. The so-called piano painting process is a process in which the workpiece is not allowed to solidify naturally after painting or brushing, but is sent to the painting room to solidify the paint layer by electric heating or far infrared heating. However, not all paints are piano paints! Many enterprises use this loophole to fool the media and help them publicize. In addition to piano baking paint, baking paint technology can be used, such as PU paint, metallic paint and acrylic paint. In fact, many products with the signboard of "piano baking paint" are actually the same as those with polyurethane baking paint technology, but they still use polyurethane PU paint, but they are replaced with PU paint! The real piano paint is different from ordinary paint, which is a mixture of many kinds of paint. Piano paint needs multiple coats, which is caused by the characteristics of PE paint itself. Compared with PU paint, PE paint has light color and high transparency, and needs to be painted several times to achieve the effect we see. Generally speaking, the real piano has at least three layers of paint, while the piano used for brand-name furniture has at least five layers of paint. As for the real piano, its paint is actually more than 10 coating! This brings a feature of real piano paint-the paint layer thickness of piano paint is much thicker than other paints because there are so many paint layers, and the thickness of each paint layer of PE paint is much thicker than that of PU paint because of its own characteristics (PE paint can't be sprayed with thin film, otherwise it will be easily deformed). Even the primer and putty used to level the surface of the workpiece are included, and the thickness of the real piano paint completely reaches the level that can be seen by the naked eye. Of course, there is a reason why you have to go through such a complicated procedure to get piano paint. Compared with other high gloss paint coatings, piano paint has the highest hardness and brightness, and its adhesion and chemical properties are also very stable. It is particularly important that the piano paint does not use hardener, so there is basically no phenomenon that the hardener causes the paint surface to "yellow". This is unmatched by other high-gloss mirror paints. Piano paint itself and piano paint technology are indispensable to achieve its effect. Without any one, the effect will be greatly reduced. There are two methods to identify piano paint, but they are both destructive. Piano paint is actually like a piece of enamel, hard and brittle. If you paint hard, the damaged area will only fall into pieces instead of a film. Judging from this, piano paint is actually only suitable for things that don't move often, and it is carried around every day like some mobile projectors. I think if it's really piano paint, it won't be like a week. Baking paint is a high-temperature process, so the surface of baking paint can withstand short-term fire without great damage, while painting, especially PU paint, is not. In fact, from this, we can simply judge that if the material of the workpiece itself cannot withstand high temperature, it must not be piano paint, otherwise the workpiece would have melted in the painting room. So the second identification method is to "bake"! The ideal piano coating, that is, the coating of "real piano", is actually characterized by complete mirror effect. Although it cannot be compared with a mirror in brightness, its surface should be completely flat and smooth, and the reflected light is not distorted. This effect can't be achieved by any high-gloss paint treatment except piano paint (whether it is PE paint without baking paint treatment or other types of baking paint). It is also the irreplaceable reason why piano paint is noble. But this ......

What is baking? What's the difference between baking paint and baking paint?

On-site process flow of baking plastics

Before baking, the substrate is subjected to surface treatment. After treatment, it is transferred to a dust-free spraying platform, and then sprayed with environmentally-friendly plastic powder to evenly cover the surface of the substrate. Finally, the substrate is baked in an oven at high temperature, and the baking time usually lasts at least one hour.

Substrate surface treatment

At present, there are two main ways to treat tables: one is chemical phosphating. This method uses less, the liquid medicine will cause pollution, and the environmental protection department has higher requirements. Second, shot blasting is divided into two types: rolling and hanging. In the machine, metal particles hit the surface of the substrate to remove stains on the surface of the substrate.

Matters needing attention

Because of the high requirements for baking plastics, a dust-free spray table must be used. If impurities are mixed, surface debris particles will appear obviously after baking, which is a defective product.

The difference between baking plastic and baking paint

The so-called paint is the general paint curing. The paint surface is smooth and beautiful, but the paint film is thin, with poor adhesion and wear resistance, and it is easy to be bruised and scratched. The film thickness of plastic powder used for plastic baking is not as bright as that of baking paint, but it has good texture, strong adhesion and wear resistance, which is far from being achieved by baking paint. In addition, the paint of baking varnish is a chemical substance, which contains many chemicals (such as stupid elements) and is not environmentally friendly. Plastic powder for plastic baking belongs to environmental protection materials!

The application of editing baking in this period of life

Now with the continuous development and maturity of baking technology, many cars have adopted baking technology. Because of the advantages of environmental protection (very low VOC), high utilization efficiency and high degree of automation. It can be said that plastic baking is a brand-new industry, which will replace the existing baking process in many fields in the future, especially some baby products. Now the concept of environmental protection is constantly strengthened, and people's requirements for green health are getting higher and higher!

What is a painted door?

Paint door panel

Baking paint, that is, the painted door panel is heated and dried in the drying room. Its advantages are bright colors, strong visual impact, good surface finish and easy scrubbing.

Good moisture-proof and fire-proof performance. Paint doors are mostly made of MDF with melamine on the back, which has complicated process, long processing cycle and relatively high price. Advanced PU Kao

The types of paint doors are divided into piano paint and metal (automobile) paint, and metal paint is better than piano paint.

Because the quality of the paint used on the surface is difficult to distinguish, if you claim to be a high-grade PU (polyester) paint, but the price is very low, you can judge that you are using a high-grade environmental protection paint.

Almost impossible. When choosing a painted door, don't be confused by the temporary surface brightness. When you have the feeling of using low-grade paint doors, you will find that under the pollution of lampblack,

After a short time, it may change color and the luster will gradually disappear.

The base material of the painted door is MDF, and the surface is baked with imported paint (three bottom, three sides and two lights) at high temperature for eight times, that is, the door panel with the base material is painted with paint and then heated and dried in the drying room. Baked paint board is characterized by bright colors, easy modeling, strong visual impact, very beautiful and fashionable, excellent waterproof effect, strong anti-pollution ability and easy cleaning. The disadvantage is that the technology level is high and the rejection rate is high, so the price remains high; Be careful when using it, for fear of bumping and scratching. Once damaged, it is difficult to repair and should be replaced as a whole. It is more suitable for young high-end consumers who have high requirements on appearance and quality and pursue fashion.

What is paint and what is the painting process?

In life, perhaps we can often hear people talking about car paint, painted glass, painted board and other words. When we heard them, many consumers were confused. What is paint? Many people even think that baking paint is a technical treatment. Is this understanding wrong? Let's take a look at what baking paint is and how the baking process is. ◆ What is paint 1? What is paint? The so-called baking paint is actually a kind of paint. Strictly speaking, baking paint is a kind of paint. At present, baking varnish can be divided into two categories: low-temperature baking varnish and high-temperature baking varnish, among which low-temperature baking varnish is rarely used in practice and high-temperature baking varnish is widely used in practice. 2 Introduction of high-temperature baking paint Because high-temperature baking paint is widely used in practice, here I mainly introduce high-temperature baking paint to you. Teflon is called polytetrafluroetylene in English, which is another name for high-temperature paint. This is a fluorine coating based on PTFE. Besides Teflon, high-temperature paint has many names. This PTFE coating has excellent performance, which perfectly combines low friction, insulation stability, chemical inertia and heat resistance, so it is widely used in various industries. ◆ If you want to know the baking process, you should study it from two aspects: baking process and painting room. Because the two are closely related in practical application, you can better master the baking process by combining the baking process with the painting room. 1 baking paint process Many people think that baking paint is a process treatment and there is nothing wrong with it. In practice, baking paint can be said to be both a coating and a process. The detailed baking process is: every time the base material is coated, it is sent to a dust-free constant temperature curing barn for drying, and this is repeated three or four times or more. Spray booth spray booth is a kind of industrial equipment, and its structure is assembled structure. The house is composed of mother and daughter inserted thermal insulation and plastic spraying wallboard, which has good sealing and thermal insulation effect. There are working doors on the side of the house that are convenient for workers to enter and exit, aluminum alloy closed doors, and observation windows in the center of the doors, whose only function is painting. In the above content, we can see that there are two explanations for baking paint, which can be just a paint or a process. Therefore, some opinions that people often say are not wrong, but they are not accurate. Through the above introduction, you must have a more intuitive understanding of what baking paint is and how baking paint technology is. I hope it will help you.
