Decision of Xi 'an Municipal People's Government on Abolishing and Declaring Invalidated Some Normative Documents

According to the requirements of the Notice of General Office of the State Council on Issues Related to Clean-up of Regulations and the Notice of General Office of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government on Cleaning-up of Government Regulations and Normative Documents, After cleaning up the normative documents issued by the Municipal People's Government and the General Office of the Municipal People's Government from July 1, 2115 to June 31, 2111, it is decided to abolish five normative documents whose main contents are incompatible with the existing laws, regulations, rules and the current principles and policies of the party and the state; 39 normative documents whose application period has expired or whose adjustment objects have changed and actually become invalid are declared invalid. At the same time, 217 normative documents issued before June 31, 2111, which continue to be valid, were published, and the notice of Xi 'an Municipal People's Government on banning the sale and release of Kongming lanterns (wishing lanterns) in important areas of the city was recorded.
