Before receiving the delegation, the accompanying personnel should know the detailed arrangement of the reception work at this station from the reception organization;
The whole escort should arrive at the airport half an hour in advance to meet the tour group. After receiving the tour group, the accompanying personnel should check the situation with the tour leader.
Accompanying the whole journey should assist the team leader to hand over the luggage to the local escort;
The tour leader should give a welcome speech to the tour group on behalf of the tour group and individuals. Welcome speech should include welcome, self-introduction, sincere hope to provide services, and wish a smooth and happy journey.
Admission requirements
The hotel check-in service should enable the tour group to complete the check-in procedures as soon as possible after entering the hotel, check in the rooms and collect the luggage. Therefore, the whole escort should actively assist the tour leader to handle the hotel formalities of the tour group, and enthusiastically guide the tourists into the room, and should also assist the relevant personnel at any time to deal with possible problems in the process of tourists entering the hotel.

The whole escort should carefully check with the team leader and agree on the schedule. If the distress solves the problem, it should be fed back to the tour group in time so that the tour leader can get a timely reply.
The full-time service of each station should enable the reception plan to be fully and smoothly implemented, the stations should be organically connected, and all services should be in place in time to ensure the personal and property safety of tourists and deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
The whole escort should inform the local escort about the tour group and actively assist the local escort;
Supervise the quality of service in various places, and put forward opinions and suggestions for improvement as appropriate;
