According to the spirit of the recent national, provincial, municipal and county COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control work dispatch meeting, in order to continue to do a good job in the epidemic prevention and control work of "importing from the outside and preventing from rebounding from the inside", strictly control the mass gathering activities, reduce the potential risk of epidemic spread, and ensure the people's life and health in our county and the social and economic life is stable and orderly, the following tips are made:
1. From now until March 11. Hosting banquets with more than 51 people at 5 tables and less than 311 people at 31 tables must be reported to the market supervision department 3 days in advance;
2. It is strictly forbidden to host banquets beyond the normal reception capacity. The total number of banquets per meal shall not exceed 31 tables and 311 people, and no approval shall be granted.
3. Process of undertaking filing: ① The organizer must obtain the consent of the village committee or work unit, fill in Form 1 and affix the official seal; (2) catering service units shall fill in tables 2 and 3 according to their undertaking capacity; (3) Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 shall be reported to the market supervision department 3 days before the banquet is held, and the banquet can only be held after it is approved by the market supervision department;
4. whoever undertakes the project is responsible, and the organizer should strictly implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control and food safety, and the relevant measures should be strictly put in place;
5. We advocate putting off happy events and keeping funerals simple.
