( 1) Manual and media costs. Handling and media costs will be charged for each order that requires manual intervention:

( 2) National topographic system maps. Price lists for National Topographic System maps include both color and monochrome, and these maps can be printed on plain paper, high-density polyethylene synthetic paper, photographic maps, temporary maps, or half-sheets. The National Terrain System maps are available through the local distributors of the Canadian Map Office, and the price list lists the retail price, with details of handling charges to be referred to the same policy as in Part One.

( 3) Canadian Map Reference Database. Canadian atlases are available through the local distributors of the Canadian Map Office at the retail prices listed in the price list, and the handling fees will also be detailed with reference to the same policy as in Part I.

These products are available through the Geological Survey of Canada Bookstore, and the handling fees will be detailed in accordance with the same policy as in Part I. ( 5) National Aerial Photo Library Products. Prices for other aerial photo products (enlargements, transparencies, slides, inlays, other media, monochrome or color) will be determined based on the relevant factors specified in Table A. Prices for certain aerial photo products are discounted when orders reach certain quantities.

Fees for Canadian Geophysical Survey products relate only to the cost of handling, media and delivery. If required, handling and media costs will be detailed in Table A of this policy.

Socialized Service Research on Foreign Geological Information (SSRFGI)
Earth Resources Satellite (ERS) 1 or 2 products and Air Force Satellite (AFS) Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar (ASAR) products.
Costs for operational use by Canadian government departments include Natural Resources Canada (Forest Preservation Canada, Geological Survey of Canada), Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Environment Canada (Glacier Preservation Canada), the Department of National Defense and the National Aeronautics Board.
Prices for products ordered from the dataset are subordinate to ESA planning costs (see Annex B for details) and to the costs of arranging, receiving and storing the information collected by the Canadian Remote Sensing Center.
