Return to work smoothly and orderly
The real estate brokerage agencies and stores that apply for resumption of business should prepare a resumption work plan, apply to the enterprise special group of the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters, and resume business only after filing, focusing on the following work:
The first is to implement personnel management. All brokerage institutions should do a good job in the registration of employees in their own enterprises, implement measures such as wearing masks and temperature detection in public places, and may not organize gathering activities.
The second is to do a good job in on-site management. Implement special personnel to do disinfection and sanitation and epidemic prevention work in public areas of service places.
The third is to strengthen information publicity. Stores should actively use billboards, electronic screens, WeChat official accounts, etc. Release tips on epidemic prevention and control through the official media, and do a good job in publicity and guidance of epidemic prevention.

Promote online services.
1. All real estate brokerage agencies should strictly follow the "Internet plus real estate transaction hall" model promoted by the Municipal Real Estate Bureau, and guide the parties to real estate transactions to do a good job of online signing and filing of real estate transaction contracts without meeting.

A new application for filing by a brokerage institution shall be made through "Jiangsu Provincial Government Affairs Network" and "Nanjing Real Estate Brokerage Industry Supervision Platform" for online non-meeting declaration. During the epidemic, the brokerage institution filed an electronic filing certificate.

Other related matters.
(1) Adjust the annual inspection time of filing certificate and brokerage certificate of brokerage institution appropriately. When the filing certificate expires, relevant materials can be uploaded through the Internet, which can be temporarily renewed, and the normal brokerage business of the company will not be affected.
(two) the transaction registration department to do a good job in the integration of transaction registration window services. For the registration of real estate transactions facilitated by intermediaries, an appointment system is implemented (at present, the Municipal Affairs Center, Zhongshan Road Sub-center, Huaqiao Road Sub-center and Xianlin Sub-center are open).
1. Reservation voucher: the purchase and sale contract number of the stock house, the identity certificates of the buyer and the seller, the identity card of the intermediary service personnel and the express card number that have been submitted for confirmation through the online sign.
2. Reservation channel: telephone reservation (the Municipal Affairs Center, Zhongshan Road Sub-center, Huaqiao Road Sub-center and Xianlin Sub-center respectively announce the reservation numbers).
3. Appointment notice: The above four trading registration sub-centers will accept online appointment from February 2 1 day, and telephone appointment from February 24 at 9: 00-16: 30 (except12: 00-13: 30).

On-site handling: Go to the service window in strict accordance with the date, time and place of appointment, and show the enterprise's certificate of resumption of work, the identity certificate of the buyer and the seller, and the employee express card (QR code) in strict accordance with the epidemic prevention requirements. Try to use "online payment, certificate mailing" and other services to reduce waiting time, that is, do it and leave.
(three) the implementation of credit rating classification services. The real estate brokerage agencies that come to handle business are classified according to the credit rating, and the A-level institutions that have published credit in the previous year are given priority. For credit-worthy C-level institutions, they will not be admitted for the time being.
(four) the district real estate administrative departments should strengthen the supervision of brokerage institutions and stores after the resumption of work. Found in violation of epidemic prevention requirements, shall be ordered to make rectification, refused to make rectification, into the credit record, and notify the relevant departments.
