What are the brewing equipments?
Brewing equipment can be divided into liquor equipment, beer equipment, wine equipment and yellow wine equipment.
According to the brewing principle, brewing equipment can be divided into fermentation equipment, brewing equipment, distillation equipment and post-packaging and filling equipment.
Brewing equipment can be divided into wood brewing equipment, brick-concrete brewing equipment, stainless steel brewing equipment, aluminum brewing equipment, tin brewing equipment and so on.
What kind of brewing equipment is better?
Taking liquor equipment as an example, wood and brick-concrete are ancient traditional liquor-making equipment, which were eliminated because of steam leakage, large volume, difficult migration and low liquor yield. Tin brewing equipment is difficult to popularize because of its high price. Therefore, most of the popular brewing equipment on the market now is aluminum equipment and stainless steel equipment.
So is the space made of aluminum or stainless steel? The answer is that each has its own advantages. There is no best, only the most suitable, depending on your situation.
Aluminum brewing equipment still occupies most of the market, and the density of aluminum is low, so aluminum brewing equipment is usually light and easy to carry. Aluminum has good thermal conductivity, so the aluminum brewing equipment has high thermal efficiency, fuel saving, fast brewing speed and high output. The cost of aluminum is low, so the price of aluminum brewing equipment is relatively cheap and easy to be recognized by consumers. However, because aluminum will leave obvious weld bead when welding, aluminum brewing equipment generally looks a little rough, and because of the low gloss of aluminum, the overall aesthetics of aluminum brewing equipment is greatly reduced.
There is a saying in the industry that aluminum is harmful to human body, so aluminum brewing equipment is also harmful to human body. In fact, this statement can't stand scrutiny.
First, it is not aluminum that is harmful to human body, but aluminum ions. Only under acidic conditions can aluminum be converted into aluminum ions, and the whole process of liquor distillation can be said to be a neutral environment.
Secondly, aluminum is easily oxidized by air at room temperature, forming a dense alumina film on its surface. Because alumina is extremely stable, it can prevent the outside world from further chemical reaction with aluminum.
In addition, alumina is also a "famous" refractory material, which can withstand thousands of degrees of high temperature, while distilled liquor can only reach 100 degrees at most because of the existence of water. Therefore, the statement that aluminum equipment is harmful to health is untenable.
Another big star in the brewing equipment market is stainless steel brewing equipment. Stainless steel brewing equipment has high gloss, high hardness, wear resistance, almost no welding beads after polishing, and is beautiful and generous, so it is favored by consumers.
However, the shortcomings of stainless steel brewing equipment can not be ignored, the first is the performance. Stainless steel has poor thermal conductivity, which is obviously worse than aluminum, so the wine yield is low and oil consumption is high.
Secondly, the cost of stainless steel is high, and the price of general stainless steel brewing equipment is higher than that of the same type of aluminum brewing equipment. The performance of pure stainless steel equipment in the general market is very poor, so it is best not to choose it. The best brewing equipment should be aluminum condenser (giving full play to the advantages of fast heat conduction of aluminum) and stainless steel retort (giving full play to the advantages of wear resistance and beautiful appearance of stainless steel).
