Tianjin Tiens College is a full-time private undergraduate college invested by Tianjin Tiens Group Co., Ltd. and approved by the Ministry of Education in April 2008. Its predecessor was Tiens Vocational and Technical College approved by the Ministry of Education in July, 1999, and it is the only private undergraduate college in Tianjin.

The college implements the dean responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors. Mr. Li Jinyuan, President of Tianjin Tiens Group Co., Ltd., is the chairman of the College, and Professor Lu Huansheng, former vice mayor of Tianjin, is the honorary president of the College.

The college now covers an area of 668 mu, with a school building area of 654.38+0.6 million square meters. The school is divided into two campuses, the east campus covers an area of 668 mu, and the west campus under construction covers an area of 3.2 square kilometers (4,800 mu) square meters, with a construction area of 265.438+10,000 square meters. There are comfortable student dormitories and apartment management is implemented.
