Deed tax subsidy applications have been launched one after another, and eligible citizens can apply through the "Zheng Hao Office" App within the specified processing time.

Online declaration

1. The applicant downloads and registers, logs in to Zheng Hao to run the APP, and enters the deed tax subsidy application;

2. Select the corresponding office where the house is located, and click Online;

3. Face recognition to verify the identity of the applicant. The user who carries out face recognition should be consistent with the account ID number registered in real name and the taxpayer ID number on the deed tax invoice;

4, after the face recognition, began to fill in the form:

(1) Applicant information: the basic information of the applicant does not need to be filled in, and will be automatically obtained by the system;

(2) The applicant manually enters the "Original Voucher Number" and clicks the blue button on the far right to associate the data. Note that each deed tax number can only be submitted once;

(3) Enter the bank card information. Note that the name of the branch must be filled in the bank card, and it must be my 1 bank card;

5. After clicking Submit, you can check the application information and settlement information in my office, and you can also check the result information through SMS notification.

I. Scope of subsidies

(1) The purchaser who paid the deed tax of commercial housing (including second-hand housing) from March 27th, 2023 to April 26th, 2023 (inclusive) shall be subsidized according to 30% of the total deed tax paid;

(2) From April 27, 2023 (inclusive) to May 26, 2023 (inclusive), the purchaser who has paid the deed tax of commercial housing (including second-hand housing) will be subsidized by 20% of the total deed tax paid;

(3) The purchaser who paid the deed tax of commercial housing (including second-hand housing) from May 27, 2023 to June 30, 2023 (inclusive) shall be subsidized according to 10% of the total deed tax paid;

The above subsidies are subject to the payment date specified in the deed tax payment certificate. Anyone who pays the deed tax of commercial housing (including second-hand housing) after July 2023 1 will no longer enjoy this subsidy policy.

Taxpayers can log in to Henan Tax APP by registering, check the User Manual of Henan Tax APP on the home page to understand the operation steps, click "Tax-Incremental House Deed Tax Declaration" and follow the prompts. Taxpayers can pay taxes through WeChat, Alipay or China UnionPay Express (Alipay/WeChat can only pay with its bound bank cards and credit cards, among which China Merchants Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and Zhongyuan Bank are not available). After payment, they need to download the computer client of Henan Electronic Taxation Bureau to print the deed tax payment voucher by themselves.

Legal basis:
