Third, registration
(1) Registration channel
The registration, registration, inquiry, payment and printing of the admission ticket of this open recruitment examination are all carried out through Hubei Personnel Examination Network ().
(2) Time schedule

Category and content of writing

(3) Definition of examination proportion.
In order to achieve competitive selection, in principle, the examination shall be conducted in accordance with the number of job plans and the number of applicants not less than the proportion specified in the job table (interview finalist ratio).
After the registration, if it is necessary to cancel, reduce or reduce the number of recruitment positions that have not reached the prescribed proportion of the examination, the adjustment of the post plan will be announced through the Three Gorges Network in time.

If the short-listed interview personnel do not reach the required proportion and need to be cancelled, reduced or retained, the adjustment will be announced through the Three Gorges Network in time.
(3) The interview finalists must bring the original and photocopy of the job requirements materials to participate in the interview qualification review.
On-the-job civil servants [including staff of organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law] and staff of public institutions must obtain the consent of their units, and provide written proof of consent to sign up at the qualification examination stage.
Candidates who fail to attend the qualification review at the specified time and place or fail the qualification review cannot enter the interview.

(4) Publish an interview announcement on the website of the Three Gorges River before the interview, and the relevant matters shall be subject to the interview announcement.

The minimum qualifying score for the interview is 60 points. Candidates below the minimum qualification line cannot enter the next recruitment stage.
Six, the calculation of test scores
(1) Performance weight.
After the written test and interview scores are converted into 100% scores, they will be included in the total score according to the weight of 40% and 60% respectively.
If professional tests are involved in the interview, the proportion of professional tests should be clearly defined in the interview announcement.
(2) Scoring method.

The total score of candidates = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%.
(3) Bonus policy.
According to the policy requirements of the state and our province on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work at the grass-roots level and join the army, points are given to the personnel of the "three supports and one support" plan and the volunteer service project for college students in the western region, and to the retired soldiers of college graduates who have served in the army for more than 5 years (inclusive).

Seven. Physical examination and examination
(1) According to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions 1: 1, the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined according to the total scores of candidates from high to low, and they are published on the website of the Three Gorges River.
