main responsibilities are:
(1) leading the industrial and commercial administrative organs and agencies at all levels throughout the system, and conscientiously implementing the national laws, regulations, guidelines, policies, local regulations, rules and systems related to industrial and commercial administration. To formulate normative documents on industrial and commercial administration of the whole system.
(2) organizing and managing the registration of industrial and commercial enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises and units and individuals engaged in business activities according to law, verifying the name of the registered unit according to law, examining and approving, and issuing relevant licenses.
(3) to be responsible for the macro supervision and management of the business activities of enterprises in the whole system, and to carry out annual inspection and direct supervision and management of enterprises registered in this bureau. To undertake the supervision and management of foreign-invested enterprises and resident representative offices of foreign (regional) enterprises authorized by the superior industrial and commercial bureau.
(4) Organize, supervise and inspect the trading activities of market participants according to law, investigate and deal with monopolistic and unfair competition behaviors, and supervise and manage the use of computer networks to engage in business activities. Organize, supervise and manage the quality of commodities in the circulation field, crack down on smuggling and bootlegging in the circulation field according to law, investigate and deal with other economic violations, and maintain the order of market transactions.
(5) to organize the protection of consumers' legitimate rights and interests according to law, to investigate and deal with cases of infringement of consumers' rights and interests, and to investigate and deal with the distribution of adulterated and counterfeit goods in market management.
(6) supervising and managing the consumer goods market and the means of production market according to law; Participate in market cultivation, market layout planning, and organize all kinds of market registration and statistics; Standardize the operation order of various markets. (8) Organize and manage individual industrial and commercial households, individual partnerships, sole proprietorship enterprises and private enterprises according to law, standardize their business practices, and guide the healthy development of the individual and private economy.
(9) organizing and managing trademark work, supervising and managing the units where business operators use trademarks and print trademarks, organizing and investigating illegal acts such as trademark infringement and counterfeiting, and protecting the exclusive right to use registered trademarks.
(11) organize and manage advertising release and advertising business activities, and investigate and deal with advertising violations.
