There are three different opinions about the origin of wine:
1. Heaven makes wine.
Li Bai, who is known as the "Poet Fairy", has a poem "If the sky doesn't love wine, the wine star is not in the sky" in drinking Alone with the Moon II. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Kong Rong, who prided himself on "the guests are always full, and the wine in the bottle is not empty", said in "On the Prohibition of Wine with Cao Cao" that "the sky is full of wine stars and the land is the county of Jiuquan".
In the Book of Wine written by Dou Ping, there is also a saying that wine is a work of wine stars, which means that since ancient times, our ancestors have said that wine is made by wine stars in the sky. However, the theory that wine is made in heaven has neither a logical argument nor a scientific argument. This is an attached theory, and literature exaggerates it.
2. Apes make wine.
Apes are not only addicted to wine, but also "make wine", which is recorded in many ancient books in China. Li Tiaoyuan, a scholar in Qing Dynasty, wrote in his works: "Qiongzhou (now Hainan Island) is full of apes. The ape wine tasted in the depths of the rock is made of rice mixed with flowers. There are five or six liters of wine for one stone, which is the most spicy, but it is extremely rare.
In his writings, Li Rihua, a scholar in the Ming Dynasty, also recorded a similar story: "There are many apes in Huangshan Mountain. In spring and summer, mixed flowers and fruits are collected in the stone depression, and the wine is brewed, and the aroma is overflowing, and the smell is full. Those who go deep into the wild firewood may have to drink it secretly, not too much, that is, to reduce the traces of wine. If you feel it, those who wait for it will die. "It can be seen that this kind of ape wine is not allowed to be stolen.
3. Yidi, Du Kang's theory of wine making
It is said that Yidi invented wine making in Xia Yu period. The second century BC history book "Lv's Spring and Autumn Annals" says: "Yi Di makes wine". <: < Warring States policy > > It is further explained: "In the past, the emperor's daughter made Yidi make wine beautiful, and when she entered Yu, Yu drank it and was willing to do it. The day:' There must be a country that drank alcohol in the future. "Therefore, I neglected etiquette and morality, but I never wanted to drink" (Emperor Yu Naixia) ".
Du Kang makes glutinous rice wine, which means that sorghum is the raw material used in Du Kang. It can be said that Yidi is the founder of yellow rice wine, while Du Kang is the founder of sorghum wine.
