transportation: at present, the future science and technology city plate is in the planning and development stage, and the transportation facilities are not yet mature. medical treatment: at present, it is about 9km away from Xixi hospital, which is the closest to the project. In addition, Yuhang Branch of Zhejiang No.1 Hospital is under construction, and it is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2118. By then, it will become the largest third-class hospital in the west of the city. As one of the most important medical facilities in the future science and technology city, the construction standard directly refers to the international medical center. Yuhang Branch of Zhejiang First Hospital has designed 1,211 beds and 4,111 medical workers.

environment: the southeast of the project is adjacent to the harmonious original ecological wetland park with an area of 3,611 mu, and the park is different from Xixi Wetland Park, so no commercial planning will be made to restore the regional livability;
