Dong Chongwen, male, Han nationality,1born in June 1967,1joined the party in June 1988, with a university degree. He has served as director, deputy minister, minister and office director of Weihai Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League. In February, 20001year, he served as president of weihai youth league school and director of youth activity center. 1997 ~ 1998 was awarded by the Ministry for two consecutive years, 1998 was awarded the title of "Excellent Counselor of Social Practice for College Students in Shandong Province" for five consecutive years.

(a) the overall situation of Weihai Youth League School:

Weihai Youth League School (Youth Activity Center) was established on 1995 with the approval of Weihai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. /kloc-0 was officially completed in may 1997, and/kloc-0 was put into full operation in June 1998. It belongs to Weihai Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League. * * * covers an area of 10 mu, with a building area of 5,500 square meters. (3) Functions of Weihai Youth League School (Youth Activity Center):

Weihai Youth League School is mainly responsible for the training of the city's youth league cadres and young pioneers counselors, and at the same time, it conducts training for teachers of Hope Primary School in the province once a year. In April, 2000, we jointly run a school with Shandong Youth Cadre College, and held correspondence courses in catering management, tourism service and computerized accounting to improve the knowledge level of young members.

The youth activity center mainly carries out cultural and artistic skills training and various quality education for young people in the city. At present, professional training courses such as piano, electronic organ, vocal music, dance, guzheng, English, calligraphy, art, sketch, table tennis and martial arts have been opened, with more than 500 long-term students. Nine students won prizes in various national competitions, 22 won provincial prizes and 34 won municipal prizes. Organize young people to participate in the "Junior Naval School" and various summer camp activities every summer to promote quality education for young people. 1In August, 1998, 50 students from Weihai Junior Naval School were organized to participate in the National Junior Military Academy Competition held in Beijing, and won the third place in comprehensive performance and the first place in three singles. In March, 20001,Weihai Youth Friends Association was established, which contributed to Weihai youth friendship. 1In September, 1999, the first public art kindergarten in Weihai was successfully established by using idle school buildings and professional teachers from Monday to Friday. In addition to offering two public extra-curricular courses in English art, elective courses such as piano, electronic organ, vocal music, guzheng and dance are also offered, so that children have laid a solid artistic foundation since childhood and won unanimous praise from all walks of life, with more than 140 children in the park.
