3. After completing the report and confirming that the information is correct, click the Submit button. After confirmation, the corresponding information will be directly pushed to the engraving department to complete the engraving registration business in a time-sharing manner.
The official seal of individual industrial and commercial households shall be handled in the engraving place designated by the engraving archives of the Public Security Bureau.
The specific process is as follows: when individual industrial and commercial households engrave official seals for the first time, they need to prepare the legal person ID card and the copy of the agent ID card, the original and copy of the business license, the application form for engraving and filing by the Public Security Bureau and other materials to the public security window of the administrative service center for filing; Individual industrial and commercial households shall, after filing in the public security bureau's seal-engraving archives, go to the designated place to engrave seals.
Legal basis:
Article 9 of the Regulations on Individual Industrial and Commercial Households shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions after the registration authority has examined the application materials according to law:
(1) If the application materials are complete and conform to the statutory form, it shall be registered on the spot; If the application materials are incomplete or do not conform to the statutory form, the applicant shall be informed of all the contents that need to be corrected on the spot;
(2) If it is necessary to verify the substantive contents of the application materials, it shall be verified according to law, and a decision on whether to register shall be made within 15 days from the date of accepting the application;
