The first one is "Liu Iron Pot Roast Duck" outside the south gate, which is a bar that serves classic roast duck and many other delicacies. The roast duck in this shop is tender and fragrant, crisp outside and tender inside, with "exquisite" materials and "meticulous" workmanship, and the price is also very affordable. I recommend trying the roast duck Chinese hamburger in this shop.
The second one is "A Bowl of Noodles" in North Street, an old snack bar, which specializes in miscellaneous sauce noodles and flat food with different tastes. The unique advantages of this shop are delicious sauce, crisp outside and tender inside, and tough and elastic noodles. The most popular set meal is miscellaneous sauce noodles with two flat meals.
The third one is in Century Square, a night market, and it's called "Mala Tang Burning Charcoal". This is a private restaurant, serving kebabs and mala Tang. The food in this restaurant is particularly fresh, the food quality is guaranteed and the price is cheap, which is the favorite of local residents and tourists. I recommend trying our charcoal kebabs and mala Tang.
The above three shops are delicious in Kaifeng night market. If you have a chance to go, you might as well try my recommendation. I hope they can also be a good choice for your next meal.
