Since the implementation of global static management in our region on April 21th, all the staff have been tested for nucleic acids for five consecutive rounds, and the results are negative. After the analysis and judgment of the expert group, the leading group for epidemic prevention and control in Xiangdu District decided to lift the static management in the domain from 18: 11 on April 25. Now, we will continue to make the notice of normalization prevention and control as follows:
1. Remove static management in the domain in an orderly manner. Key areas (west of Donghua Road, south of xing zhou Avenue, east of Xiangdu Road and north of Xianghe Street) and key communities continue to strictly implement control, and people in other areas can flow in an orderly manner. On April 25th, the sixth round of nucleic acid detection was continued. After the static management in the domain was released, 41 key groups were regularly tested for nucleic acid, and other personnel were no longer tested for nucleic acid.
2. strictly control the personnel who come (return) to the embassy. Strict reporting system, the personnel who come (return) to Xiang should report to their communities (villages) and units 48 hours in advance, and implement corresponding prevention and control measures in strict accordance with the requirements. The public security organs will investigate the legal responsibility of the parties concerned according to law if they do not voluntarily declare or deliberately conceal information, thus causing the spread of the epidemic.
3. Return to work in an orderly manner. All kinds of industries and enterprises in the region will resume work in an orderly manner on the basis of doing a good job in various prevention and control measures, and implement normalized control measures.
4. Do a good job in preventing and killing key items. Logistics, express delivery, take-away and other enterprises strictly implement the detection and disinfection of all express parcels.
5. Strict teaching management. All kinds of schools at all levels shall be implemented in accordance with the unified arrangement of the municipal education department, and the specific requirements will be notified to parents in time. All kinds of off-campus training institutions continue to suspend training.
6. Strictly control the gathering of personnel. Residents should consciously abide by the epidemic prevention policy, do not gather or gather together, implement normalized epidemic prevention measures such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, disinfection and ventilation, and do a good job in self-health monitoring. Adhere to the principle of "Don't do red things, do white things simply, and don't do banquets", and don't hold temple fairs, large-scale conferences, trainings, exhibitions and other activities. The "May Day" holiday advocates not going out unless necessary, and not returning home unless necessary.
7. Actively vaccinate. Vaccination with Covid-19 vaccine is the safest, most economical and most effective means to prevent and control COVID-19 epidemic. Please ask people who meet the vaccination conditions to take the initiative to complete the whole vaccination as soon as possible and accelerate the construction of a national immune barrier.
