This time, I chose to ride the Daocheng Aden as a healthy and natural way of sports tourism, which can fully enjoy the beauty of the travel process, but it is also a very physical exercise. If you have no outdoor experience, long-distance cycling may be difficult for you. One bicycle and one backpack can travel, which is simple and environmentally friendly. Drive through the bumpy road, go beyond the dark tunnel, experience challenges in the constant difficulties, and experience the joy of success in the distant Daocheng Aden! Use my personal experience to share with you the riding strategy of Daocheng Aden!

"In the whole world, where else can there be such scenery waiting for photographers and explorers ..." Joseph Charles Francis Rock wrote at the beginning of "Gongga Mountain Shambhala, a paradise" in 1928. This place is Daocheng Aden. At that time, the dispute of Shangri-La lingered between Daocheng and Zhongdian, Yunnan, and finally Zhongdian simply changed its name to Shangri-La. This area of Daocheng Aden has won the name of "The Last Shambhala". It is also a part of Shangri-La. Many people travel here with Daocheng Aden and Yunnan Diqing Shangri-La as their whole destinations. The last piece of pure land on the blue planet, the last Shangri-La-Daocheng Aden. Let's share everything I know:

1. Introduction

Daocheng Yading is located in the south of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, in the east of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, in the middle of the Hengduan Mountains, bordering Muli County in Liangshan Prefecture in the southeast, Xiangcheng County in the west and Zhongdian County in Yunnan Province, with an area of 7,323 square kilometers in the north. Its altitude is 3751 meters. Aden Tibetan means "the land facing the sun", also known as Nyainqen Gongga Risong Gongbu, which means "holy land". Fiona Fang is more than a thousand square kilometers, and the main part is three completely separated, but not far apart, arranged in a zigzag pattern. The northern peak is 6132 meters, the southern peak is 5958 meters, and the eastern peak is 5958 meters. These three snow-capped mountains, known as the main snow-capped mountains, rank eleventh among the twenty-four holy places of Buddhism in the world, and "belong to the holy places where all beings worship the gods and accumulate virtue".

The Three Gods Mountain-Xiannairi means "Guanyin Bodhisattva", Yangmaiyong means "Manjusri Bodhisattva" and Shanuoduoji means "Vajrayana Bodhisattva". It is the patron saint mountain that protects Tibetans in Aden and is rated as one of the top ten most beautiful mountains in China.

the three holy spirits, between the sky and the earth, between the divine world and the human world, guard the pure land. Snow-capped mountains, cliffs, steep cliffs, Haizi, glaciers, grasslands, forests and streams create a quiet and peaceful world for us.

Daocheng has everything you can imagine and everything beyond your imagination. Second, travel

1, season

(1) Autumn (September-October) is the most poetic season of the year in Daocheng. The red grassland and the yellow 11,111-acre Yang Shulin outside Daocheng make people feel in a sea of colors, which complement the blue sky and white clouds. It's like a dream to watch the sacred mountain at night and early morning in this season. I'm going in autumn this season.

(2) In summer (June-August), the grassland began to grow yellow gradually, and some flowers were still in bloom. The weather is sunny, but there are also many times of relative rain, mainly showers, usually at night and in the morning, and the sun shines after noon. However, we should also be careful that heavy rain washes away roads, especially section 318.

2. Transportation, I choose cycling. If I don't have physical fitness, I can choose two ways: one is from Chengdu to the west via Kangding and Litang (the southern line of Sichuan and Tibet) and then to Daocheng County, and the other is from Diqing Prefecture in Yunnan to Daocheng County via Xiangcheng County in Sichuan.

Chengdu-Daocheng, Xinnanmen Station, 11:11 a.m. every day, the fare is 241 yuan, and the journey takes two days, more than 811 kilometers. Among them, I will stay in Kangding for one night (take care of myself) and continue to leave at 6 o'clock the next morning, about 14 hours by car. Tickets can be bought two days in advance.

Chengdu-Kangding, Xinnanmen Station, 7: 11-14: 31 every day (every hour), the fare is about 121 yuan, about 7-8 hours' drive; Kangding-Daocheng, leaving at 6:11 every day (one trip), the fare is 125 yuan, it is not easy to buy a ticket, so it is best to book it in advance.

Daocheng-Kangding/Chengdu leaves at 6:11 a.m. every day (one for each). The train to Kangding is 14 hours' drive on time, and the train to Chengdu leaves overnight, 22 hours' drive on time.

Daocheng-Zhongdian (Shangri-La), which leaves at 6:11 a.m. every day, the fare is RMB 113, and the journey takes 12 hours on time. The road condition is better than that from Daocheng to Kangding.

(2) chartered car

Generally, take a bus to Kangding first, and then choose chartered car.

Kangding-Daocheng, carpool 251-311 yuan/person. The minimum number of bread commercial vehicles can be 251,111, and the average number of off-road vehicles is 311,6. It is recommended to choose off-road carpooling, which has better shock absorption performance.

Daocheng-Kangding, the return carpool price is almost the same, directly from Daocheng to Chengdu, 511 yuan/person.

Daocheng-Aden, the van is RMB 111/person, round trip, generally contact the innkeeper directly.

(3) Ring Road

West Sichuan Ring Road: Chengdu-Ya 'an-Luding (Hailuogou)-Kangding-xinduqiao-Litang-Daocheng-xinduqiao-Tagong-Danba-Siguniang Mountain-Chengdu.

Great Shangri-La Ring Road: Chengdu-Kangding-Daocheng-Aden-Daocheng-Shangri-La-Deqin (Meili Snow Mountain)-Shangri-La-Lijiang-Dali-Kunming

3. Accommodation

is mainly concentrated in three districts: Daocheng County, Yading Village and Riwa Township (Shangri-La Township).

Daocheng County is 111 kilometers away from the scenic spot, with good conditions and standard rooms, and it costs 111 yuan/room in off-season; Yading village is 4 kilometers away from the entrance of the scenic spot, and most of the accommodation is converted from Ming residence, with few standard rooms, 121 yuan/room, and ordinary beds are 41 yuan/person, so you can't take a bath; Zhiwa Township is more than 31 kilometers away from the scenic spot, and there are many star-rated hotels, but it is not recommended to stay here.

I live in a youth hostel: Aden community, Daocheng mother and snail backpack.

Dwellings: Like Brother Jiang, they sell beds. Every time they dine with 21 yuan, they can rub the stewed chicken with pine mushrooms.

4. Catering

Daocheng: 25 yuan with meat dishes, 15 with vegetarian dishes, some places are still good.

Aden: 35 yuan, a meat dish, with 25 ingredients and 15 yuan noodles, is not delicious. The price of dry food is not much different, so you'd better bring some dry food yourself.

5. Items to be prepared before traveling:

1. Documents: ID card, military officer's card, soldier's card, student's card (if you must bring it, tickets can be half price), cash, bank card (there is only one post office and one agricultural bank in Daocheng at present, and the agricultural bank has an ATM).

2. Equipment: disposable raincoat or umbrella, sun hat, sunglasses, mobile phone charger, camera charger, wet paper towel, kettle (if mineral water is always around, you don't need to bring your own kettle), lip balm (dry in plateau, suitable for men and women), essential products: sunscreen SPF31-51 (with strong ultraviolet rays) and other appropriate moisturizing products. Backpack: It is best to outsource by a professional household (if the travel days are more than 7 days, the recommended capacity is 41L for women and 61L for men, with rain cover). If it is a leisure tour, a general backpack is also acceptable. If you can, you can bring a trekking pole, which is very useful when climbing mountains in Aden scenic spot. If you can't, you can find a branch to act as it in the scenic spot. It is recommended to take the lead lamp or small flashlight, compass, saber and other professional outdoor products. Other personal items should be carried as appropriate according to their own situation, so that it is good to carry them lightly.

3. Clothing: thermal underwear or quick-drying clothes are the main backing clothes; Warm clothes: grab a proper amount of sweaters and other long-sleeved clothes; Outcoat: The stormtroopers are the best. If not, please prepare a windbreaker. The wind is strong on Aden Mountain. In addition, it is very important: please wear a pair of comfortable shoes, waterproof hiking shoes are the best, if not, please also wear non-slip and comfortable sports shoes or sneakers.

4. Drugs: anti-altitude sickness drugs (it is recommended to bring rhodiola oral liquid, and it is best to take it in advance; Headache powder (general altitude sickness, eating headache powder is economical and effective); As for Rhodiola, which everyone often talks about, I personally feel that it has little practical effect in dealing with altitude sickness, but it can play a certain psychological role), glucose, cold medicine, anti-inflammatory medicine, gastrointestinal medicine (Baoji Pill or Huoxiang Zhengqi Pill), heat-clearing antidote, Yunnan Baiyao, band-aid, and insect repellent (fleas and lice often appear at altitude, so it is very necessary to bring ointment to stop skin itching). The above drugs can be carried at your own discretion, and general drugs can also be bought in Daocheng.

6. Warm reminder

(1) Season. The best season in Daocheng Aden is always autumn, but the price will soar around the 11th. It is said that during the Golden Week of the 11th, the standard room in Aden is RMB 1,111/room, and the bed is 211 yuan/person, so it is necessary to book in advance and pay in advance. So, if you go on the eleventh, please do what you can. It is suggested that if you want to enjoy autumn scenery, you should go in the middle of October.

(2) road conditions. In the first section of tianquan county, the road construction is blocked at both ends, and half and half are released. It is normal to block for 2 hours, but I am riding, so it has no effect. From Yajiang to Litang, the whole road is built, and there are bumps all the way, and there are inexplicable traffic jams and endless dust. It is recommended that people with carsickness pass after the road is repaired. Daocheng Aden Airport has been completed, which will be accompanied by the influx of huge tourists. Moreover, the airport is built at an altitude of more than 4111, which is the highest civil airport in the country. Ordinary tourists who used to fly should also pay attention to high opposition.

(3) expenses. The original price of 121 yuan/person from the ticket gate in the scenic spot to Aden Village has been cancelled since August 2112, so the van can go directly to Aden Village, saving a lot of money. As for the section from Longtongba to Chonggu Temple, the horse riding project has also been cancelled, so tourists have to walk up the mountain, or there are local sliding poles to sit on. However, this section is under renovation and may be opened to traffic in the future.

(4) hot springs. What you can do every day to rest in Daocheng is to go to the hot springs. The water temperature of Ru Buchaca Hot Springs is generally 68℃. The spring water there is colorless, sediment-free, and sulfur-free. It can be drunk by villagers for generations, and it can also be soaked to cure diseases. It is well-known both inside and outside the state and is a unique natural wealth of the county. It's a pity not to go.

(5) others. Pay attention to the preparation of hyperreflexia, especially hypoxia, and ensure adequate sleep at night. Do a good job of sun protection, it is best to wear a sun hat, ultraviolet rays are very strong, it is best not to wear short-sleeved shirts and shorts, and it is necessary to add a jacket because of the large temperature difference between morning and evening. It is recommended to bring a flashlight. There are few street lamps in Aden at night, and prepare an umbrella or raincoat to avoid sudden weather changes on the mountain.

the last redemption, the first ceremony.

I am superficial, but I want to be more profound. If I don't pay attention, I will make myself worse, so that I have no image at all.

I want to suppress many seemingly beautiful words for a long time, but I didn't suppress gorgeous language, and I suppressed a toilet stool, so what I said was bullshit!

It turns out that going out has nothing to do with redemption, and the ceremony is not a ceremony. It's simply stepping on a bicycle, maybe tired or excited to reach a destination. The so-called raiders are naturally not as deep as you personally experienced.

It turns out that every moment is firmly remembered, and every detail is not gone forever like a stream.

The sunshine shines brightly for two weeks, illuminating the avenue of Chengdu yearning for Daocheng. The orange dizziness surrounds me, and I just want to go all the way forward, no matter how many kilometers it is, whether it is uphill or downhill.

Before you go to Litang, refer to the strategy of Sichuan and Tibet. After you get to Litang, go to Daocheng.

I am a cycling and hiking enthusiast. The following contents are all descriptions of road conditions, including altitude.

Ya 'an (K2631 is 641m above sea level)-Kangding (K2843 is 2395m above sea level). Ya 'an-Tianquan, under maintenance, the road condition is very poor, Tianquan-Erlangshan tunnel is single. Ya 'an-Feixianguan is an asphalt road, and Feixianguan-Tianquan-Erlangshan Tunnel-Luding-Kangding is still a cement road.

xinduqiao-Tagong highway, asphalt road construction has been completed. Tagong-Bamei Highway was a cement road at that time, and it is uncertain whether it is being converted into an asphalt road now.

xinduqiao town (K2917 is at an altitude of 3459m)- Litang (K3111 is at an altitude of 4114) is a "high city in the world". The Gaoershan Temple Tunnel, Jianziwan Tunnel and Litang Tunnel in this section have been opened, and Kangding-Daocheng are all asphalt roads.

Litang-Daocheng-Shangri-La Town-Yading Village are all newly repaired asphalt roads. Next, I will introduce the road conditions of Litang-Daocheng-Aden in detail:

Litang-Daocheng, with a total distance of 151km. Litang is the starting point of provincial highway S217. There are three mountains to climb in the whole journey: Zhaga Mountain (4125m above sea level), Tuer Mountain (4696m above sea level) and Haizi Mountain (about 4511m above sea level).

hange village (S217 K145)- sangdui township (S217 K124) is a 79 km no-man's land, but there are two service areas along the way (Tuershan service area, K162; Bangpu Temple Service Area, K121) and a small shop (Ojia Small Shop, K177), Tuershan Service Area and Ojia Small Shop are all small houses, and there may be business suspension. About every 5km on the way.
