2. Property Management Department: responsible for the management and operation of property projects under Yantai Resort Group, including the maintenance, cleaning, safety management and equipment maintenance of commercial buildings, office buildings, residential quarters and other properties.

3. Tourism Development Department: responsible for the development and operation of Yantai Resort Group in the tourism field, covering the planning and management of scenic spots, resorts and tourism projects.

4. Real estate development department: responsible for the project development and management of Yantai Resort Group in the real estate field, including residential and commercial real estate projects.
