Especially "Nantong Youfei Hotel" was founded by the famous industrialist Zhang Jian a hundred years ago. Zhang Jian was the last top scholar in the last Qing Dynasty appointed by Cixi. Later, he set up the silk textile industry, which laid the foundation for China's textile industry and became a monument in the history of China's textile industry. You Fei Hotel has experienced a hundred years of history, and has read all the joys and sorrows of the world, which contains many legendary stories! After several generations of struggle and tempering, she told people about the art of seeking survival and development in the face of historical tests, so that many guests came here to mourn Zhang Jian and look for memories of the past and stayed at Youfei Hotel.

The operating mode of Holiday Inn has been expanding. In recent years, it has derived two forms:

First, "timeshare hotel" (also known as independent property hotel), which is to attract guests and recover funds as soon as possible. Hotel operators use the way of "joint stock purchase of room property" to let different buyers use the same room in turn every year. And if someone buys a room independently, in addition to enjoying it every year, it is usually rented by the hotel. A few years ago, the "Dameisha Yalan Hotel in Shenzhen" that we designed and constructed was this form.

secondly, the "apartment hotel", which is a new variety in recent years, adds a self-service kitchen to the original function of the guest room, which is convenient for guests to eat and drink by themselves, and is suitable for long-term rental or family-type tourists. Make the hotel room not only a "sleeping place", but also a living space. This is the case with "Danfeng Bailu Apartment Hotel".

the second category-business hotel

in recent ten or twenty years, the largest hotel has often been used to host large-scale meetings or business activities, and the functions of the hotel have been extended, so business hotels have emerged. Today, we are no longer surprised that a hotel can easily receive large-scale meetings with hundreds of people. In this kind of hotel, there are also two types of expenses. First, it is a business hotel that mainly meets the government reception function-"State Guesthouse". This is a hotel management mode with China characteristics. For example, we designed the "Hangzhou West Lake State Guesthouse". Secondly, it is the hotel that holds all kinds of large-scale business meetings-"International Conference Center". For example, the "Dongying Jingfeng Petroleum Hotel" and the "Wuxi Taihu International Conference Center" under construction are typical representatives.

in fact, in order to expand their business, more five-star hotels often combine "vacation" and "business" to form a large or super-large comprehensive hotel, which has the ability to digest the above two functions in hotel function setting, room facilities selection and management. The "Zhangjiagang Huafang Jinling International Hotel" designed and contracted by our company is the best example.

After 1961, the United States has built hundreds of hotels with more than 511 rooms. But in the 1991s, European hotels with personalized service began to be popular in American city hotels. This is because after years of analysis and comparison of business planning, operators and designers have found the best combination of hotel management and hotel scale.
