Individual industrial and commercial households registered in the same year shall be submitted from the next year.
At the same time, it is stipulated that the company shall submit the annual report of the previous year to the company registration authority through the enterprise credit information publicity system from June/KLOC-0 to June 30 every year and publicize it to the public.
Annual inspection report of business license:
1. The registered items shall be clearly stated, mainly including the following contents: whether the company name, domicile, name of legal representative, registered capital, paid-in capital, company type, operating years, etc. Conforming to the registration; Whether the business scope, shareholders or shareholders' capital contribution have changed.
2. Information on filing matters, such as whether the articles of association, members or composition of the board of directors or the board of supervisors are consistent with the filing situation, whether branches are established, whether branches are consistent with the filing situation, and whether the liquidation members and responsible persons of the company are consistent with the filing situation.
3. Explain the foreign investment, the name of the invested enterprise, the subscribed capital contribution and the shareholding ratio.
4. Explain the operation of the enterprise, including the main industry, organization code, operation status, annual operating income, total annual profit, total annual tax payment, annual net profit, annual loss, etc.

Article 33 The registration authority shall examine the documents, certificates, application forms for registration, registration books and other relevant documents submitted by the applicant, and issue the following licenses after approval:
(a) to meet the conditions of an enterprise as a legal person, issue a Business License for an Enterprise as a Legal Person;
(2) issue business licenses to enterprises and business units that do not have the qualifications of enterprise legal persons but have operating conditions. The registration authority shall separately prepare the registration number, indicate it on the certificate issued, and record it in the registration file.
