Relying on transportation trunk lines and hubs, we will select a number of cities with certain basic conditions to carry out pilot projects to undertake industrial transfer in the eastern region, and promote the establishment of demonstration parks to undertake industrial transfer and interactive industrial cooperation demonstration parks in the eastern and western regions. Vigorously develop traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine. Consolidate and develop the new rural cooperative medical system, expand the beneficiaries of participating farmers and improve the degree of benefit. Strengthen the prevention and control of major diseases and endemic diseases and the handling of public health emergencies. Accelerate the construction of maternal and child health and family planning service system at the grass-roots level, stabilize the low birth rate, and expand the scope of implementation of the project of having fewer children and getting rich quickly.

improve the level of employment and social security. We will implement policies to promote the employment of college graduates, migrant workers and disadvantaged groups, and strive to improve the employment level. We will further expand the coverage of various social insurances, strengthen the construction of the basic old-age service system, launch a pilot project of new rural social old-age insurance, comprehensively establish a social security system for landless farmers, and implement the policy of "insurance first, then levy".
