1. What should patients and caregivers see when they enter the hospital?

1. When outpatients and accompanying personnel enter the pre-inspection and triage department at the west entrance of the hospital, please actively cooperate to complete the "one sweep, three checks, one test and one question": scanning the place code, checking the health code, travel code, 24-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, taking temperature and asking about the recent residence history. Wear masks regularly and keep a safe distance of one meter;

2. If the negative proof of nucleic acid test is within 25h-48h, please complete the nucleic acid sampling at the nucleic acid collection point in the middle door of the hospital at your own expense, and then enter the hospital through the pre-inspection and triage office at the west entrance with the payment voucher;

3. Non-emergency patients with negative proof of nucleic acid test for more than 48h are temporarily unable to enter the hospital for normal treatment according to relevant regulations.

Second, the special population hospitalization instructions

1. Persons with a history of living in a medium-high risk area: Patients with a history of living in a medium-high risk area within 7 days must cooperate with the community to complete the "7-day concentration/home isolation". During this period, those who really need medical treatment must contact the community, and the community will contact relevant departments to go to the hospital for treatment;

2. "red team" and "code yellow" personnel: cooperate with the community to complete relevant prevention and control measures in accordance with relevant regulations. 3. Those who have the top ten symptoms of COVID-19, please go to the hospital fever clinic for investigation as soon as possible.

Three, divided into outpatient area and waiting area.

1. For outpatient medical treatment, please cooperate with the implementation of the system of "one doctor, one patient and one consulting room", and one person can accompany the elderly, weak and disabled patients and children;

2. Please keep a safe distance of 1 m while waiting for medical treatment, avoid gathering, and take a seat every other place.

Four, hospitalized patients and accompanying personnel into the ward.

1, implement the system of "one sweep, three checks, one test and one question": when entering the ward, you need to cooperate again to complete the scanning of site code, health code, travel code, 24-hour nucleic acid negative certificate, temperature measurement and recent residence history inquiry.

2, the implementation of "zero escort" or fixed escort "one patient with one escort, non-essential escort" system, after entering the ward, except for medical activities such as examination and surgery, it is not necessary to leave the ward;

3. Ward management: comply with hospital management regulations, refuse to visit, wear masks all the way into public areas, and escort personnel are not allowed to gather and chat, cross wards, etc. ;

4. Nucleic acid detection: Patients and accompanying staff complete nucleic acid detection in the ward every day and conduct health monitoring every day. If there are ten symptoms of COVID-19 or inform patients or their families that they have close contacts or sub-close contacts and other abnormal situations, they should report to the staff of the department at the first time and actively cooperate with epidemic prevention management;

5. Meals: Meals during hospitalization and escort shall be distributed uniformly according to the ordering time. Please consult the medical staff in the ward for details.
