In order to deepen the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, speed up the transformation of government functions, improve administrative efficiency and optimize the development environment, on the basis of Order No.76 of the municipal government, the municipal administrative licensing items and non-administrative licensing items in our city were approved. Upon examination and confirmation, there are 131 municipal administrative licensing items reserved in our city (see Annex 1), 16 municipal non-administrative licensing approval items reserved (see Annex 2), with a total of 146 items; There are 24 administrative examination and approval projects implemented by decentralized districts and counties (see Annex 3), and 61 municipal administrative examination and approval projects that cancel, suspend or change management methods (see Annex 4).

The administrative licensing items and non-administrative licensing items that have not been announced in this decision shall not be examined and approved as municipal administrative examination and approval items. For the examination and approval of decentralized district and county departments, it is necessary to do a good job of convergence. In the future, the municipal administrative examination and approval items increased according to law and the administrative examination and approval items delegated by the higher authorities according to law shall be reported to the Legislative Affairs Office of the municipal government for the record.
