General rules for open recruitment of subordinate units of Beilun District Health Bureau in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province

according to the relevant provisions of the implementation measures for public recruitment of staff in public institutions in Ningbo, combined with the actual health work in our district, and with the consent of the district personnel bureau, we decided to openly recruit staff in public institutions for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Principles and methods of recruitment

Open recruitment adheres to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, and adopts the methods of open registration, unified examination and merit-based employment.

II. Recruitment places and positions

This time, the medical unit affiliated to Beilun District Health Bureau * * openly recruits 183 staff members for the society. See Annex 1 for the specific recruitment units, positions and academic qualifications.

Third, recruitment target:

2119 full-time college graduates.

Fourth, the basic conditions of the recruitment target:

1. Good ideological and moral character, law-abiding, love of medical and health undertakings, and good conduct;

2. Strong sense of professionalism, good sense of innovation and teamwork spirit;

3. Meet the requirements of the recruitment position;

4. Applicants are required to be under 31 years old (born after October 1, 1979);

5. Among the applicants, there is no limit to the number of fresh graduates from the "211 Project" colleges. Fresh graduates from other colleges require students from Zhejiang Province, and fresh graduates below the undergraduate level require students from Ningbo or Zhoushan. There is no limit to the number of outstanding graduates from medical colleges that have established cooperative (collaborative) relations with medical and health units in our region.

V. Recruitment procedures and methods

1. Registration

This recruitment mainly adopts the method of on-site registration, and each person is limited to two volunteers.

(1) Registration start and end time: from October 2 to October 22, 2119 (8: 31-11: 31 am and 1: 11-4: 31 pm, except weekends. Candidates are also accepted to register at the graduate fair on October 9.

(2) On-site registration place: Room 439, Beilun District Health Bureau, of which the registration place on October 9th was in Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center (the booth of institutions affiliated to Beilun District Health Bureau in the 21th College Graduates Fair).

(3) Applicants download the Application Form for Recruitment of Health System Staff in Beilun District from Beilun Health Network (www.blws.gov.cn), fill it in as required, and bring personal information (including ID card, resume, student ID card, recommendation form for fresh graduates, original and photocopy of award-winning honorary certificate and other qualification certification materials) to the designated place for on-site registration. (4) If the ratio of each recruitment position index to the number of applicants is less than 1: 3, the recruitment index shall be reduced as appropriate.

(5) The time and place to collect the admission ticket will be notified separately.

2. Examination

The examination adopts the method of combining written examination with interview.

written test: the content of written test is related professional knowledge of health, and the score is calculated by a percentage system. Those whose written test score is below 61 will be eliminated. The written test takes the form of closed book. Please refer to the admission ticket for the specific time and place.

interview: after the written test, the candidates' first choice is taken as the basis, and according to the written test results, they are ranked from high to low. If the recruitment position index is 1 to 11, the interviewee shall be determined according to the ratio of 1: 3; If the recruitment position index is 11 or above, the interviewee shall be determined according to the ratio of 1: 2; For positions that are less than the prescribed proportion, the interview places will be supplemented according to the written test scores from high to low among the second volunteers who fill in the position; If it is still less than the prescribed proportion after the supplement, it will be supplemented from high score to low score among those who apply for such positions and voluntarily obey the adjustment; If it is still less than the prescribed proportion, enter the interview according to the actual number of people. The interview mainly evaluates the candidates' oral expression, reaction ability, ability to analyze and solve problems, accuracy of answering questions, knowledge and manners. The interview results are calculated on a percentage basis, and those who give up the interview or whose interview results are less than 61 points will be eliminated. The interview will be organized and implemented by the District Health Bureau and the employing unit, and the interview time and place will be notified separately.

If the test scores of candidates in the same recruitment position are tied, the one with the highest written test scores will be ranked first; If the written test and interview results are tied, try a written test of professional knowledge of the position.

3. Physical examination

According to the total score of the examination, the list of physical examination personnel is determined by the ratio of 1: 1 according to the position index. The physical examination shall be carried out with reference to the Notice of Zhejiang Provincial Personnel Department and Zhejiang Provincial Health Department on Printing and Distributing the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Zhejiang Rengong [2115] No.68) and the Operation Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). Those who fail to pass the medical examination or give up the medical examination will be eliminated, and the vacant positions will be filled in turn according to the total test score of the position.

4. Examination

Those who pass the physical examination will enter the examination, which will refer to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Civil Servant Recruitment Examination in Zhejiang Province, with comprehensive examination as the main method. Those who voluntarily give up the assessment shall submit a written application to the District Health Bureau within 3 working days from the date of entering the assessment list. Those who fail to pass the examination will be eliminated, and the places vacant due to unqualified examination or abandonment of examination will not be replenished.

5. Publicity and employment

(1) The District Health Bureau determines the list of persons to be employed according to the examination, physical examination and assessment results, and after reporting to the District Personnel Bureau for approval, it will publicize the list of persons to be employed on Beilun Health Online for 7 working days. If there is no objection, the persons to be employed will sign the Graduate Employment Agreement with the recruiting unit, and then go through the employment formalities. If the proposed employee fails to sign the Graduate Employment Agreement on time, it will be deemed as an automatic waiver.

(2) Before formal employment, conduct a comprehensive qualification examination of the personnel to be employed, consult their real files, and verify whether they meet the application conditions.

(3) If the employed personnel are found to be fraudulent and do not meet the conditions for entering the examination before the official registration, they will be disqualified.

VI. This open recruitment is supervised by the District Supervision Bureau and the District Personnel Bureau, and organized and implemented by the District Health Bureau.

VII. The District Health Bureau is responsible for the interpretation of this recruitment brochure.
