All temporary (returning) personnel from other cities must report to the destination community (village) three days in advance, and truthfully inform them of their personal information, health status and itinerary information. The visiting (returning) personnel from cities outside and in the province where the epidemic occurred also need to hold the nucleic acid test report within 48 hours. Implement various control measures in strict accordance with the requirements after arrival (return). Those who have concealed, lied or delayed reporting relevant information and refused to cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures, resulting in serious consequences such as epidemic import and spread, will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

4. theaters, scenic spots, foot baths, bath centers, beauty salons, KTV, internet cafes, gymnasiums and other indoor entertainment venues will continue to be suspended. The government service hall, the reception hall for letters and visits, religious places and other places where people gather will continue to be suspended. Dining in restaurants and places continued to be suspended. The night market stalls continue to suspend business. In supermarkets, farmers' markets, hotels, medical institutions and other places in the county, prevention and control measures such as "scanning code for temperature measurement, wearing masks, verifying traffic" and reasonably controlling the number of personnel are strictly implemented. Shopping malls and supermarkets suspend other business activities except "ensuring the supply of living materials".

5. All kinds of primary and secondary schools in the county have suspended their classes and started online teaching. Students who have started school in Grade Three and Grade Three are fully enclosed. All kinds of off-campus training institutions for primary and secondary school students in the county will stop offline training activities.
